📱 Mobile Phones: A Tool, Not a Master!

Today, our students participated in an engaging awareness activity on the disadvantages of excessive mobile phone use. 🌱

Through this activity, students learned that while technology can support education and communication, excessive screen time can affect concentration, sleep, physical activity, social interaction, and academic performance.

At Nova City School System Hangu Campus, we believe education is not only about books—it is about preparing children to make wise, healthy, and responsible choices in everyday life. 💙

👨‍👩‍👧 A message for parents:
Let’s work together to create a healthy balance between technology, studies, play, family time, and real-life experiences.

“Don’t let the mobile phone control your child’s time. Teach your child to control their screen time.” 📵✨
