It was Established on 19 August 2011, by Makhdoom Jamil Ul Zaman (Member National Assembly of Pakistan) and Spiritual Leader of Sarwari Jamait, on the name Of his Grand Father Makhdoom Muhammad Zaman Talib Ul Moula. With Small Numbers of the students, the first academic year was started in one of classes-room, with the Faculty in supervision of Principal Prof. Since then the Govt Law College Hala has been successfully imparting legal education, This being the best Law College in interior of Sindh, Several Students of this college has occupied high Positions in Government Services and as well as Public Sector of the Country. The college has been nationalized with effect from 2015, in pursuance of the Board of Governors of Law Colleges in Sindh (Affiliated with University of Sindh Jamshoro) Constituted by the Government of Sindh.
