1-What is your name?
I’m Sejal Bhoyar
2-Can I see your ID?
Yes, sure. Here it is
3-Where are you from?
I’m from the pink city of India that is Jaipur. Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan. It is famous across the country for its rich tradition and diverse culture. There is a lot of beautiful architecture. Besides, it is also included as a part of the “golden triangle”.
4-Do you work or study?
Right now I’m pursuing my post-graduation studies under the course of MBA (Masters of Business Application) and working as an intern.
5-What kind of outdoor activity do you often do?
I get involved in sports activities like lawn tennis, basketball, badminton and cricket too at times. I even go to the gym. Overall I like to go out for my physical exercise which helps in stimulating positivity and refreshing my body.
6-Which kind of outdoor activity did you do when you were a child?
When I was a kid I used to go out for camps where overall development was taken care of. There were a lot of exercises which improved physical as well as mental fitness.
7-Do you often write?
Yes, I do often write. They may be some inspirational quotes or just random thoughts. I even write my journal daily. I’m currently working as an intern for a company which gives me daily article to write or a report to submit.
8-Do you prefer writing to typing?
I prefer both. It depends on the situation actually. If I need to send an official document or a report which contains more than 100 words I prefer typing and if I have to write an exam or some assignment given by my college I prefer writing. Also in situations where I have to send unofficial information I prefer writing a letter.
Speaking Part 2
Describe an occasion when people gave you a positive feedback
You should say
what the situation was
who congratulated you
why you were congratulated
and explain how you felt.
Sample Answer
I still remember the day when I successfully presented the project made by 6 of us. I was in charge of the project. Needless to say, the project was a big success. And being in charge and an active participant in it, I was appreciated and congratulated a lot. Only 3 out of 10 projects were selected for Ureckon Fest, and we were one of them.
All the professors and our classmates congratulated us for the great success. In Fact they had witnessed the efforts we had put into the project to make it a success.
After successfully representing the project, I was able to sense that the people were awestruck by the uniqueness. We made a device that detected our body temperature and blood pressure for emergency purposes. When you are far away from the reach of the hospital, you can test the medical conditions I mentioned earlier in this device and take some action immediately to lighten the situation.
It felt great to be appreciated and recognised, especially after all the hard work we had put into the device. This was one of the many instances where I realised that people are always appreciated if they put in their hard work and apply their intelligence. Overall, I was delighted about the success of our project.

Positive feedback by a senior employer can change the person’s attitude towards the whole firm. It creates a sense of motivation and a spirit of working at his best for that particular firm or organization. It also increases the employee’s self-respect and they will always be ready to do any task you give to them.
4-How do people take positive feedback compared to negative feedback?
