The City School was established in Karachi, Pakistan in 1978. Since then, it has grown to become a national and international schools' organization of 178 schools in 51 cities with over 60,000 students and 8,000 employees. The City School Head Office is located in Lahore, and its Regional Offices are situated in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
