There are two common meanings of On in Urdu which we have explained in Urdu with Examples:
On (پر، کے اوپر):
اس کا استعمال عموما دو موقع پر ہوتا ہے:

1️⃣ جب ایک چیز کسی دوسری چیز کے اوپر رکھی ہوئی ہو، تو on کا استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ جیسے:
Examples:
The book is on the table.
کتاب ٹیبل پر رکھی ہے۔

The pillow is on the bed.
تکیہ بستر کے اوپر ہے۔
2️⃣ دن اور تاریخ کے ساتھ بھی ہم on کا استعمال کرتے ہیں، جیسے:
Examples:
I went to Lahore on Sunday.
میں اتوار کو لاہور گیا تھا۔

He had come here on 15th December.
وہ 15 دسمبر کو یہاں آیا تھا۔

I was born on 15 September 1996 in Pakistan.
