Position: Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell residential and commercial plots within Chenab Orchard Housing Society.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, market trends, and competitive offerings.
Organize and lead property viewings, effectively communicating the features and benefits of each plot.
Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for property promotions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector in Gujrat, Wazirabad, or nearby cities.
Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate CRM systems.
Preferred:
Candidates with prior experience working in housing societies.
