*Subject: Implementation of Zero Period and Revised Schedule for Syllabus Completion*

*Date: 20th April, 2026*

All Heads of Primary and Elementary Schools Female wing Gujrat.

Under prevailing conditions, where only 4 academic days are being observed per week and students of public sector schools do not have access to the online system, it has been decided to revise the school schedule to ensure timely completion of the syllabus.

The following schedule shall be implemented in all primary and elementary schools of female wing of district Gujrat with immediate effect:

*1. Zero Period: 07:30 to 08:00 am*
- *Monday & Tuesday*: Mathematics
- *Wednesday & Thursday*: English

*2. End Period: 01:30 pm to 02:00 pm*
- *Monday & Tuesday*: Urdu
- *Wednesday & Thursday*: Science / General Knowledge
*3.Morning Assembly*: To be observed briefly within *10 minutes* after Zero Period.

*4. Break Time*: *20 minutes* only.

Urdu skill development and English Skill development class will be observed for grade 1 to grade 3 only.
Library period and sports period can also be utilized for academics as per need.
This revised schedule is introduced to cover academic loss and strengthen core subject development. All heads are directed to ensure strict compliance and make necessary arrangements for smooth implementation.
