The Business Incubation Center (BIC), University of Gujrat is restructuring the hierarchy of its BUSINESS LEADER FORUM and invites motivated students to join the Business Leader Forum, BIC.

Interview Highlights | UOG Music Society | SSC, University of Gujrat: Date 24-09-2026

The University of Gujrat (UOG) Music Society, functioning under the umbrella of the Student Services Center (SSC).

Interviews for the UOG Music Society were conducted today at the University of Gujrat (SSC office) A number of students who were interested in joining the Music Society appeared for the interviews and showcased their musical interests, talent, and skills.

The interviews provided an opportunity for students to demonstrate their abilities and express their passion for music. The selection process aims to provide talented students with a platform to further develop their skills and actively participate in university activities and events.

Interview Highlights | Hayatian Blood Society, SSC UOG , Date 22-09-2026

Interviews for the revised hierarchy of Hayatian Blood Society for the academic year 2026–27 were conducted at the office of Ms. Shama Tehseen, Director, Student Services Center (SSC), University of Gujrat.
The purpose of the interviews was to select suitable students for different positions in the Society, including President, Vice President, General Secretary, and other key positions.

🌙 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) Ceremony at University of Gujrat 🌙
A grand Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) ceremony was held at the University of Gujrat on the auspicious occasion of 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal.
The event was organized by the Student Services Center (SSC) under the supervision of the Director SSC. Faculty members, students, and students from various student societies participated enthusiastically in the ceremony.
The event aimed to highlight the blessed life, character, and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and to encourage students to follow the noble principles of Seerat-e-Muhammad (PBUH) in their daily lives
At the end of the ceremony, Mian Khuram Irshad Assistant Director SSC distributed certificates of appreciation among the participating students in recognition of their valuable contributions and performance. Certificates of appreciation were also distributed among students of different student societies who actively participated in the event.

On 7 September 2026, an orientation program was organized at the University of Gujrat.
In accordance with the directions of the Vice Chancellor, University of Gujrat ( Prof. Dr. Zahoor-ul-Haq ,TI) , gifts were arranged for the newly admitted students to encourage and motivate them.
The orientation was organized by the Student Services Centre (SSC)
Volunteers from various societies were assigned responsibilities for organizing and facilitating the event.
Volunteers from different student societies were assigned duties in various departments, where they guided and assisted newly admitted students and helped them with different matters and queries.
The orientation program was held in various departments of the University, where the Dean, Chairperson, and faculty members of different faculties, along with the department heads and faculty members, warmly welcomed the new students.
The orientation program was conducted throughout the day, and the students who enrolled in various departments were guided and advised on different matters and issues. The Student Services Center of the University of Gujrat was busy throughout the day, providing students with a lively atmosphere of student activities. The SSC staff of the center provided gifts to the new students, along with representatives of the societies.
On this occasion, the Director SSC, Shama Tahir, and Assistant Director, Mian Khuram Irshad & Rana Rana Irfan Nazir performed the duties of hosting and supervising the event.
