Big Breaking News: From now on, It has been made mandatory to pass the relevant tests before admission to M.Phil and PhD programs in all public and private universities in Pakistan. These tests will be conducted by the Education Testing Council (ETC), a subsidiary of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC).
This condition will be applicable to admissions to all universities across the country and will be implemented from the Fall-2026 admissions.
