Pharmamingle, the official society of PharmD students at the Department of Pharmacy, IISAT Gujranwala, organized a heartfelt celebration to mark Happy Teacher’s Day in honor of the dedicated faculty members of the PharmD program. The event served as a tribute to the teachers for their unwavering commitment, guidance, and contribution to the academic and professional development of students.

Assessing the effect of empagliflozin tablets in a rabbit model. The initial blood glucose level was 117 mg/dL prior to administration. This evaluation is being conducted approximately 1.5 hours after drug administration. Let’s observe the results!

Empagliflozin is a SGLT2 (Sodium-Glucose Co-Transporter 2) Inhibitor. It blocks SGLT2 in the proximal renal tubules, reducing glucose reabsorption and increasing glucose excretion in urine, thereby lowering blood glucose level.
