Lesson planning is a truly known essential for a teacher. More to that delivering the lesson in the way that is adopted and understood by pupils is the real achievement. The purpose can only be achieved if a teacher knows the importance of lesson planning. Interesting aspect is, every time one finds a newer meaning if prepared with diligence. That makes a teacher not only enough confident to deliver a lecture with full vigor and positive gestures but also students will be getting it equally well.

Children need undivided attention and they will be returning in the form of respect when grownups. So give your child what is most needed ingredient playing part in his/her growth and that is ‘attention’. Dedicate a portion of the day to children whether they are your offspring, nephews or siblings and let them feel they are being attended, monitored and nurtured properly. That is surely gonna mark some pleasant effects on child’s personality and he/she will be attending educational activities with a relaxed and confident mind.

Labs are the places for practical demonstration of a theoretical knowledge. Labs are a medium that makes student abreast with the concept that the facts published by ‘Science’ after a proven demonstration in labs. Private as well Govt institutes are lacking with the subjected facility and where the labs are available and equipped a few found possessing the expertise of demonstrating the theoretical concepts practically. Its a need of the day if we are intended to see Pakistan in the list of developed countries we must focus this issue urgently and with a systematic approach.

Areas of learning in a Classroom.

Equity is a most needed ingredient to ensure that each and every pupil is comfortably sitting, working and participating in class. Class teacher should make it possible through his gestures and movements. Don’t discriminate students like intelligent or average minded. A teacher should deliver his/her lecture by sharing the references, visual aids and if needed by practical demonstration. Yet to achieve the purpose it needs to develop an environment where every pupil is feeling equally important to every other pupil sitting in classroom. Collabborative efforts of school management and teacher are needed to achieve the principle of equity.

Psychological assessment of students helps to assess their interests so that a teacher can work on those specific areas in order to align student interest toward that very area of study. For that, a teacher should be competent & capable enough for subject purpose in that way he/she can play a vital role in a positive grooming of a student. A supportive classroom environment can be achieved where students can concentrate on nothing else but leaning.

As virtual learning is becoming the need of the day. For the schools charging full fee and not providing any online or recorded classes in order to play their part its time for school management to ponder over the unjust policy and for the parents to know their right and demand regular online or recorded lectures.

Utilization attached to every area of education, teach students the importance attached with several fields of education that they can chose according their interests and not by following trends.
