Session Details and Pictorial View (Day-3)
The orientation program was divided into four comprehensive sessions, each designed to strengthen pedagogical expertise and classroom practices. The first session, conducted by Asad Saleem (Chemistry Teacher), focused on Academic and Classroom Management through creative, activity based techniques that proved engaging and highly beneficial. The second session, facilitated by Abdul Wahab (Physics Teacher), also emphasized Academic and Classroom Management, introducing practical, learner centered strategies adaptable across all subjects, which made the workshop stimulating and impactful. The third session, led by Sadia Hassan (Pakistan Studies Teacher), continued the theme of Academic and Classroom Management, employing interactive, hands on approaches that fostered active participation and intellectual engagement. The fourth session, delivered by Ijaz Ahmad (Urdu Faculty), addressed Feedback that Works, highlighting effective communication methods, confidence in instruction, and actionable classroom paradigms to enhance oratorical skills. In conclusion, the undersigned commended the exemplary dedication and professionalism demonstrated throughout, noting that each module significantly enriched faculty knowledge, teaching methodologies, and professional conduct, making the day’s proceedings exceptionally constructive and aligned with the institution’s goals for continuous professional development.
