زبیر بلوچ کی جبری گمشدگی ناقابلِ برداشت عمل ہے، جبکہ بلوچ طالب علموں کی بڑھتی ہوئی جبری گمشدگیاں بلوچ طلباء و طالبات کو دانستہ بنیاد پر تعلیم سے محروم رکھنے کی ایک منظم کوشش ہیں۔

‎بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس کونسل پنجاب ڈیرہ غازی خان سے بلوچ طالب علم زبیر بلوچ کی جبری گمشدگی کی شدید الفاظ میں مذمت کرتی ہے اور اسے بلوچ طلباء کے خلاف جاری ظلم، ناانصافی اور انسانی حقوق کی سنگین پامالیوں کا تسلسل قرار دیتی ہے۔

‎گزشتہ کئی مہینوں سے ڈیرہ غازی خان میں بلوچ طلباء کو مسلسل جبری گمشدگیوں اور ہراسانی کا نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے۔ یہ ایک انتہائی افسوسناک اور تکلیف دہ حقیقت بنتی جا رہی ہے کہ بلوچ نوجوانوں کو صرف ان کی شناخت کی بنیاد پر نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے، گویا بلوچ ہونا ہی ایک جرم بنا دیا گیا ہو۔

‎اسی ظلم کی ایک اور دردناک کڑی زبیر بلوچ کی جبری گمشدگی ہے۔ گزشتہ رات تقریباً دو بجے بھٹہ کالونی، ڈیرہ غازی خان میں ان کے گھر پر دھاوا بول کر انہیں ریاستی اہلکاروں نے زبردستی اٹھا لیا۔ اس دوران ان کے اہلِ خانہ نے مزاحمت کی تو انہیں بھی تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا گیا۔ ایک تعلیم یافتہ نوجوان کو اس طرح گھر کی دہلیز سے اٹھا لینا نہ صرف ایک خاندان کے لیے اذیت ناک لمحہ ہے بلکہ یہ ریاستی جبر اور انسانی وقار کی کھلی توہین بھی ہے۔

‎زبیر بلوچ اپنے والدین کے اکلوتے بیٹے ہیں۔ وہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے شعبۂ پولیٹیکل سائنس سے ایم فل مکمل کر چکے ہیں، جبکہ آج ان کی جبری گمشدگی نہ صرف ان کے خاندان بلکہ بلوچ طلباء کے لیے شدید اضطراب، خوف اور بے چینی کا سبب بنی ہوئی ہے۔ یہ ایک تلخ اور ناقابلِ برداشت حقیقت ہے کہ بلوچ نوجوان، چاہے وہ کسی بھی علاقے سے تعلق رکھتے ہوں، مسلسل جبری گمشدگیوں کا شکار بنائے جا رہے ہیں اور ان کے خاندان اذیت، کرب اور بے یقینی کی کیفیت میں زندگی گزارنے پر مجبور ہیں۔

‎بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس کونسل پنجاب مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ زبیر بلوچ کو فوری طور پر باحفاظت بازیاب کیا جائے اور ان کے اہلِ خانہ کی بے چینی اور تکلیف کا فوری ازالہ کیا جائے۔ آخر میں بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس کونسل پنجاب تمام انسان دوست حلقوں، بلوچ عوام، طلباء اور باشعور طبقات سے اپیل کرتی ہے کہ زبیر بلوچ کی بازیابی کے لیے آواز بلند کریں اور اس ظلم کے خلاف متحد ہو کر ان کے اہلِ خانہ کے ساتھ کھڑے ہوں۔

Zubair Baloch, son of Ghulam Fareed, former Chairman of the Baloch Students Council Bahawalpur and an MPhil graduate in Political Science from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, was forcibly disappeared last night at approximately 1:30 AM from Bhutta Colony, Dera Ghazi Khan, in front of his family.

The enforced disappearance of educated and conscious voices is deeply alarming and poses a serious threat to fundamental rights and freedom of expression. Such actions only deepen fear and injustice.

We demand the immediate and safe recovery of Zubair Baloch.

Zubair Baloch, son of Ghulam Fareed, former chairman of Baloch Students Council Bahawalpur and an MPhil graduate of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, was forcibly disappeared last night at approximately 1:30 AM from his hometown in Bhutta Colony, Dera Ghazi Khan.

Enforced disappearance is a grave violation of human rights and must end. His whereabouts remain unknown. We demand the immediate and safe recovery of Zubair Baloch.

سندھ کے علاقے کشمور، میں بلوچ کلچر ڈے کے پروگرام کے انعقاد پر مزاری اسٹوڈنٹس ویلفیئر ایسوسی ایشن کےذمہ داران پر فتویٰ جاری کرنا ایک قابلِ مزمت اور تشویش ناک عمل ہے۔

بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس کونسل پنجاب کے ترجمان نے اپنے جاری کردہ بیان میں کہا کہ سندھ کے علاقے کشمور میں 2 مارچ بلوچ ثقافتی دن کے موقع پر مزاری اسٹوڈنٹس ویلفیئر ایسوسی ایشن کی جانب سے ایک ثقافتی پروگرام کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ یہ تقریب بلوچ ثقافت، موسیقی، مشاعرہ، کتابوں کی نمائش اور بلوچی چاپ جیسی روایتی سرگرمیوں کے ذریعے بلوچ شناخت کے فروغ کا ایک مثبت اقدام تھا، جسے انتہائی خوشگوار اور پرامن ماحول میں اختتام پذیر کیا گیا۔ بلوچ قوم بلوچستان، سندھ اور پنجاب میں اپنی زبان، ثقافت اور روایات کی ترویج کے لیے مسلسل پروگرامز وغیرہ کرتے رہتے ہیں ۔

بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس کونسل پنجاب کے ترجمان نے مزید کہا کے بدقسمتی سے مولانا عبدالعزیز نے اس ثقافتی تقریب کو "فحاشی" قرار دیتے ہوئے اس کے انعقاد کے خلاف فتویٰ جاری کیا، جس میں منتظمین کو جوتوں سے استقبال، سماجی بائیکاٹ اور جنازے سے محروم رکھنے کی دھمکیاں دی گئیں۔

آخر میں بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس کونسل پنجاب کے ترجمان نے کہا کہ اس قسم کی اشتعال انگیز اور انتہاپسندانہ بیان بازی کی شدید مذمت کرتی ہیں اور اسے اظہارِ ثقافت کی آزادی پر حملہ قرار دیتی ہے۔

We urge students, teachers, activists, and people from all walks of life to join this campaign and raise their voices against the ongoing policy of enforced disappearances against Baloch.

Three-Day Awareness Campaign on Enforced Disappearances of Baloch Students in Islamabad and Punjab.

BSC Islamabad, in coordination with BSC Punjab, has announced a three-day awareness campaign aimed at highlighting the alarming rise in cases of enforced disappearances, harassment, and racial profiling of Baloch students in Islamabad and Punjab.

For years, Baloch students who travel to different parts of the country in pursuit of education have faced systematic harassment, surveillance, and in many cases enforced disappearances. Universities and educational institutions should be safe spaces for learning and intellectual growth, yet Baloch students continue to experience fear, intimidation, and uncertainty regarding their safety.

Through this coordinated campaign, BSC Islamabad and BSC Punjab aim to bring attention to several cases of missing Baloch students whose families are still waiting for answers. The campaign will include awareness sessions, social media outreach, poster campaigns, X space and discussions within educational institutions to inform students and civil society about the human rights violations being committed against Baloch youth.

The purpose of this campaign is not only to raise awareness but also to demand accountability and justice. Enforced disappearances violate fundamental human rights and undermine the rule of law. If any individual is accused of wrongdoing, they must be presented before a court of law rather than being subjected to illegal detention or disappearance.

The campaign will highlight the following cases of Baloch students who become the victims of enforced disappearances, reminding the public that behind every disappearance is a family waiting for justice and a future that has been abruptly taken away.
