The Secret Behind a Successful Institution
The success of an institution is not built by administration that remains behind closed doors. It grows when the people leading it stay connected with the students, interact with them, share their laughter, listen to them, guide them, and become part of their everyday learning journey.
At Eilya Care Foundation, اللّٰه has blessed us with an administration that believes in exactly this.
Our President, Nadia Gillani, never lets a moment go to waste when it comes to teaching, guiding, and connecting with our students. Whether it is a lesson, a conversation, or a simple shared moment, she turns it into an opportunity for learning.
Our CEO, Mr. Amjad Khawaja, during his recent official visit to Eilya, took time to meet our students, share their laughter, and offer words of encouragement as they prepare for their first term examinations. His presence and wise words remind our students that their efforts matter and that they are supported.
Our Principal, Saba Shabbir, is constantly moving from one class to another, tirelessly working alongside teachers and students. From spreading laughter and maintaining discipline to observing classrooms, analysing risks, ensuring safety, and supporting the healthy growth and development of our students, her presence is felt throughout Eilya every day.
This is what makes leadership meaningful.
When administration stays connected with students, leadership becomes more than a position. It becomes guidance, encouragement, protection, learning, and human connection.
Alhamdulillah, Eilya is extremely fortunate to have a team that does not simply manage an institution but lives its values alongside its students.
