Internship Opportunity: Lead Follow-up & Customer Communication Intern

The selected intern will be responsible for managing and following up on leads generated through our social media campaigns, communicating effectively with potential customers via WhatsApp and phone calls, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and conversion success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact all incoming leads promptly through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Provide product/service information in a friendly and persuasive manner.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Follow up with warm leads to build trust and nurture potential sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead quality and communication strategy.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Urdu preferred).
• A strong sense of responsibility, confidence, and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and computer handling.
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer interaction (a plus but not required).
