After all the hard work of our learners and our coaches the vision of PYP MUN finally came to reality today. Our learners did their best and made us proud. Parents as well as coaches showed much support to the kids by being in attendance which was a confidence booster for everybody involved in making it happen. Here are some highlights of PYP MUN day 1.

The initiative of AIC PYP MUN was motivated by our belief that our learners are ready to take the next step in being international minded learners, the very core belief of IB. The vision of PYP MUN was not something easy to bring to life, but as the saying goes it might not have been easy but it was definitely worth it. Everyone starting from our Principal to our coaches put their best foot forward to bring this vision to reality. The learners played their part in being such good inquirers, seeking to gather all the knowledge they possibly could from their respective coaches. To give our parents an insight into this event here's a sneak peak of what goes on in our MUN sessions and a few words from our Principal and dedicated coaches to share what PYP MUN means to them.

Dear Parents,
It is to inform you that the MUN session that was planned on July 25th, 2018 i.e. Wednesday has now been postponed. It will now take place on Friday i.e. July 27th, 2018 since we have election's on July, 25th.
Your usual cooperation and understanding would be much appreciated.

Model United Nations for primary years is a unique concept. It is happening for the first time in Pakistan. Kids from classes 3,4,5 &6 are preparing to represent assigned counties as their ambassadors.

Massive projects surely don't happen without encouraging leaders who inspire others to do their best. Coaching session day 2 of PYP MUN went as well as day 1, thanks to our today's coach who no doubt played his part in making our learners feel confident to share their views/ask questions. Our learners also seemed to be in their best spirits, trying to get as much knowledge as they can from today's session, and we surely didn't expect anything less from them. Dear Parents,
It is a soft reminder that the kids registered for MUN need to be at school sharp at 9:45 tomorrow for the first coaching session.
They also need to bring their lunch from home, as the cafe is closed. The off timings are 3:30 pm.
You are requested to ensure the timely presence of your child at the session.
