NFC’s Blood Donor Society (BDS) organized an impactful awareness session focused on the prevention of drug abuse and its harmful effects on physical, mental, and social wellbeing. An experienced professional was invited as the guest speaker, who delivered an insightful talk on the causes of substance abuse, its long-term consequences, and practical strategies for prevention and recovery.

This session aimed to educate students, challenge misconceptions, and encourage informed choices for a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. Grateful to NFC University and the BDS team for providing such an important platform for awareness and positive change. 🌱

University Talk: Design Your 2026 for an Exceptional Life

The Central Students Counselling Committee (CSCC), NFC-IEFR Faisalabad successfully organized an inspiring session titled “Design Your 2026 for an Exceptional Life” featuring Leadership Coach & Motivational Speaker, Ustad Moin Akhtar.

The session was held at the Electrical Engineering Department Auditorium and focused on helping students design a purposeful, value-driven, and achievement-oriented life.

During the talk, students learned about:
✔ Understanding the Success Hierarchy
✔ Developing a Personal Purpose Statement
✔ Turning Purpose into Meaningful Action

The session encouraged students to reflect on their goals, align their ambitions with purpose, and take practical steps toward building a successful and fulfilling future.

آج سے تقریباً ایک مہینہ پہلے اسی یونیورسٹی کے ایک طالبعلم نے چوتھی منزل سے چھلانگ لگا کر اپنی جان لے لی۔
آج پھر خبر آئی کہ ایک طالبہ نے بھی یہی قدم اٹھانے کی کوشش کی، اور میرے علم کے مطابق وہ بھی وفات پا گئی ہے۔

یہ پڑھ کر دل کانپ جاتا ہے۔
سوال یہ نہیں کہ یہ ایک یا دو واقعات ہیں،
اصل سوال یہ ہے کہ یہ ہو کیوں رہا ہے؟

ہم بھی انہی یونیورسٹیوں سے پڑھے ہیں۔
ہم بھی فیل ہوئے،
ہم پر بھی پریشر تھا،
ہمیں بھی رزلٹ کا ڈر تھا،
ہمیں بھی مستقبل کی فکر تھی۔
لیکن ہم نے کبھی زندگی ختم کرنے کو حل نہیں سمجھا۔

آج کی جنریشن آخر اتنی جلدی ٹوٹ کیوں جاتی ہے؟
اتنی تنہا کیوں ہو گئی ہے؟
اتنی خاموش کیوں ہے؟

میرے خیال میں اس کی چند بڑی وجوہات ہیں:
• والدین اور بچوں کے درمیان بات چیت ختم ہو جانا
• صرف رزلٹ اور کامیابی کا پریشر
• سوشل میڈیا پر دوسروں کی “پرفیکٹ زندگی” دیکھ کر خود کو ناکام سمجھنا
• فیل ہونے کو زندگی کا خاتمہ سمجھ لینا
• اور سب سے بڑھ کر، کسی کا سننے والا نہ ہونا

یاد رکھیں:
فیل ہونا جرم نہیں
سمسٹر ریپیٹ ہونا زندگی کا اختتام نہیں
ناکامی ہمیشہ عارضی ہوتی ہے
لیکن خودکشی ایک ایسا فیصلہ ہے جس کے بعد کوئی دوسرا موقع نہیں ہوتا

اگر آپ طالبعلم ہیں،
اگر آپ پریشر میں ہیں،
اگر دل بھرا ہوا ہے،
تو براہِ مہربانی کسی ایک انسان سے بات ضرور کریں
ماں، باپ، دوست، استاد، یا کوئی بھی قابلِ اعتماد شخص۔

اور والدین سے بھی ایک گزارش ہے:
بچوں سے نمبر نہیں، انسان بننے کی بات کریں
ان سے یہ نہ پوچھیں “کیا بنا؟”
بلکہ یہ پوچھیں “کیسا محسوس کر رہے ہو؟”

اللہ ہم سب کو عقل، صبر اور ایک دوسرے کو سمجھنے کی توفیق دے۔
اور جو بچے اس دنیا سے چلے گئے،
اللہ ان کے درجات بلند فرمائے
اور ان کے گھر والوں کو صبر عطا کرے۔ 🤍

اگر یہ تحریر ایک بھی جان بچا دے
تو شاید یہی اس کا مقصد تھا
