عزیز طالبات ! 19 جون بروز جمعہ ڈائریکٹر پبلک انسٹرکشنز کالجز ، پنجاب پروفیسر ڈاکٹر انصر اظہر کالج میں تشریف لا رہے ہیں ۔ ان کے ہمراہ ایک سوشل ایکٹوسٹ بھی تشریف لا رہے ہیں ۔ جو آٹھویں سمسٹر کی طالبات کو JOB Hunting کے سلسلہ میں ایک لیکچر دیں گے ۔ جس میں وہ طالبات کی رہنمائی کریں گے کہ ڈگری کی تکمیل کے بعد ملازمت کس طرح حاصل کی جا سکتی ہے ۔ آپ کی ڈگری کس کس شعبہ میں کارامد ہو سکتی ہے۔ ملازمت کے سلسلہ میں آپ کی مکمل رہنمائی کریں گے ۔ یہ لیکچر آپ کے لئے انتہائی مفید اور معلوماتی ہو گا ۔ لہذا آٹھویں سمسٹر کی طالبات مکمل اور صاف ستھرے یونیفارم میں 19 جون بروز جمعہ اپنے اپنے شعبہ میں صبح 8:30 پر پہنچ جائیں ۔ شکریہ

Documentary Screening on Youth Engagement
A documentary screening on Youth Engagement was successfully organized at Government Islamia Graduate College for Women, Eidgah Road, Faisalabad in collaboration with the Health and Population Department, Government of Punjab.
The event was organized by Dr. Moazama Anwar and aimed to create awareness and encourage meaningful discussion on youth health, population issues, and the role of young people in building a healthy and informed society.
The activity was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Naheed Qadir, Principal, whose support and facilitation contributed to the successful ex*****on of the event.
Students and faculty members attended the screening with great interest and actively participated in the discussion, making the session both informative and engaging. 🌟

🎓 A Day of Pride, Honour & Memorable Farewell 🎓

The Farewell Ceremony of BS English 8th Semester was held with great warmth and memorable moments by the English Department.

The occasion became even more special as a celebration was organized in honour of respected Head of English Department, Ms. Tayyaba Fatima, on being declared the Best Teacher in Punjab and Faisalabad Division by the Higher Education Department (HED) — a proud achievement for the entire institution. The event was further enriched by the gracious presence of Dr. Samina Shahnaz, nominated among the Best Teachers in Punjab and Faisalabad Division.

The ceremony was magnificently graced by the esteemed Principal Prof. Dr. Naheed Qadir, whose dignified and worthwhile presence added elegance to the occasion.

The Department of Computer Science, Government Islamia Graduate College for Women, Eidgah Road, Faisalabad organized a professional and informative Cyber Security Seminar for BS students of all disciplines. The seminar was conducted by Ms. Insa to raise awareness about cyber security challenges and safe digital practices in today’s technology-driven world.

The seminar was held under the supervision of worthy Principal Prof. Dr. Naheed Qadir and Dr. Fakeeha Fatima, HOD Computer Science. The main objectives of the seminar were to create awareness about cyber threats, online fraud, data privacy, password security, and responsible internet usage. Students were also guided about cyber ethics and practical ways to protect personal and academic information in the digital environment.

The session proved highly beneficial for students, enhancing their understanding of digital safety and cyber awareness. 🌟

The Department of Physics, in collaboration with the IT Department of GCWUF, organized a workshop on Digital Skills at Government Islamia Graduate College for Women, Eidgah Road, Faisalabad.

The workshop was held under the supervision of Principal Prof. Dr. Naheed Qadir, with Mrs. Asma Khurshid (HOD Physics) as Convener and Mrs. Suneeza Hamid (HOD IT, GCWUF) as Resource Person.

Students learned valuable skills including digital card, poster and banner designing, social media post creation, picture editing, and professional resume making. An interactive Q&A session was also conducted, and students were guided on online earning opportunities through digital skills. 🌟

We are proud to announce that Government Islamia Graduate College for Women, Eidgah Road, Faisalabad secured 2nd Position in Faisalabad Division in the Inter-Collegiate Girls Athletics Championship 2025–2026. 🌟

A special appreciation goes to our outstanding athlete Maimoona, whose exceptional performance brought great honor to the college. She won three Gold Medals in three throwing events, along with one Silver Medal and one Bronze Medal. 🥇🥇🥇🥈🥉
