With reference to the Minutes of Meeting of the Institutional Scholarship Award Committee (ISAC) for short listing of candidates for the award of USAID Funded Merit and Needs Based Scholarship (2021-22), held on December 27-28, 2021, approved by the Vice Chancellor, UAF and on the Direction of HEC, Forty-Nine (49) candidates (list available at the link: https://bit.ly/3x64H2m ) are Recommended for the award of “USAID Funded Merit and Needs Based Scholarship (2021-22)”

All the above students are directed to open their bank account in any branch of MCB, NBP and HBL and to submit following documents at this office no later than April 15, 2022 positively:
1. Student Undertaking Form
2. Original Fee Vouchers of both 1st & 2nd Semesters
3. Copy of GPA list of 1st semester
4. Copies of CNIC & Student Card
5. Student Deed of Agreement (to be executed on Judicial Stamp Paper)
