🔹 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐈𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫 (Associate Professor & Program Head) conducted an engaging seminar on “𝑫𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑻𝒘𝒊𝒏: 𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒄 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝑺𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝑵𝒆𝒕𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒔”, focusing on emerging technologies, smart networking integration, and real-world applications of Digital Twin systems.

🔹 𝐃𝐫. 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐡𝐚 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐪 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐧 (Assistant Professor & Program Head) delivered an insightful session on “𝑨𝑰 𝑻𝒐𝒅𝒂𝒚: 𝑪𝒖𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈-𝑬𝒅𝒈𝒆 𝑴𝒐𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑻𝒐𝒐𝒍𝒔”, highlighting the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in modern education, digital learning, and institutional efficiency.

These successful outreach seminars provided valuable learning opportunities for students and faculty, encouraged academic collaboration, and promoted awareness of emerging technologies shaping the future of education and industry.

🎮 E-Gaming Den HAVVA 2026 was an incredible success at the Department of Computer Science! Held on April 28, 2026, at Venue 007A, the event brought together passion, strategy, and excitement as participants competed in Tekken 8, PUBG, and Ludo. From intense battles to moments of teamwork and fun, the day was filled with energy and unforgettable memories. Congratulations to Qaria for winning the Tekken 8 Tournament, Amna for claiming victory in PUBG, and Noor ul Sehar for becoming the Ludo Champion! Special thanks to our respected judges, Ms. Muqaddasa Jabeen and Ms. Mehak Rana, for their encouragement and support. Events like these continue to strengthen student engagement, talent, and community spirit.

• 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒚 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒍 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏: A high-impact dialogue featuring 𝗠𝗿. 𝗙𝘂𝗿𝗾𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝘇𝗶𝘇 (𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗲), 𝗠𝗿. 𝗨𝗯𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗔𝗳𝘇𝗮𝗹 (𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗸), and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗔𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗱 (𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗙). They provided a roadmap for bridging the gap between classroom learning and the global software market.

The Department of Computer Sciences, successfully conducted an 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐎𝐁𝐄) 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 for the Faculty of Information Technology.

We were privileged to host 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐛 𝐍𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐳 𝐋𝐨𝐝𝐡𝐢 (𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫, 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐛) as the resource person for this session. With his extensive expertise in OBE, curriculum design, and research methodologies, he delivered a highly 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

A key highlight of the session was the 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞, where faculty members actively engaged in applying OBE concepts, enabling them to align teaching practices with measurable learning outcomes effectively.

The training significantly enhanced the faculty’s understanding of 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕-𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒆𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒓𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔. The enthusiastic participation of attendees made the session a remarkable success.

He is also a member of the OBE Implementation & Assessment Committee constituted by HEC Pakistan, reflecting his strong contribution to academic quality assurance at the national level.
This session aims to enhance faculty capacity in implementing OBE practices effectively, aligning teaching methodologies with measurable learning outcomes, and strengthening accreditation readiness.
