O "Father of the heavenly lights," the giver of "every good and perfect gift" (James 1:17). Of all your gifts, loving Father, we recognize that none can compare to Jesus, the Son. You are worthy of praise simply because of who you are: God Most High! You are worthy of praise because of all you have done: God, Creator, and Provider. You are worthy of praise because of your mighty acts, God Almighty. Most of all, you are worthy of my heart, soul, mind, and strength because of the love you demonstrated in Jesus, who was God with us and among us and one of us to save us.
