It is good to see that everyone is now talking about a pay raise for doctors. This campaign should not stop until the government takes serious and practical steps to address the issue. Rising inflation and increasing oil prices have badly affected the lives of doctors, just like every other segment of society.

Doctors work day and night, often under stressful and challenging conditions, yet their salaries remain far behind the growing cost of living. A fair pay structure is not only important for the welfare of doctors, but also for improving the overall healthcare system and ensuring better patient care.

This movement should continue with unity, consistency, and professionalism until meaningful reforms are achieved.
