Under the directions of Deputy Commissioner Dir Upper Naveed Akbar, a 2-week IT & Digital Skills Boot Camp was organized by the District Youth Office Dir Upper in collaboration with the District Administration.
The closing ceremony was held on 09 March 2026 at Sajwal IT Hub & Digital Skills Institute, Rehankot, where 40+ students received certificates.
District Youth Officer Shehzad Tariq highlighted the importance of digital skills. Guests included Sajjad Ali Tareen, Luqman Adil, and Inam Ullah Khan. Shields and gifts were presented at the end.

Under the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Dir Upper Mr. Naveed Akhbar a one-week training on Effective Communication for Better Performance was organized by the District Youth Office in collaboration with the District Administration Dir Upper.

The purpose of this training was to enhance students communication skills build their confidence and enable them to express their ideas clearly and effectively in academic, professional and social settings. The training aimed to equip students with practical tools for public speaking , presentation skills, teamwork and professional interaction to improve their overall performance.

The closing and certificate distribution ceremony was held on 12 February 2026 at Sajjawal IT Hub and Digital Skills Institute Dir Upper. More than 70 students were awarded participation certificates.

The Master Trainer Mr. Zubair Ahmad comprehensively highlighted the key aspects of effective communication and shared practical insights with the participants.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Dir Upper Mr. Sher Ali Khan attended the ceremony as the Chief Guest along with Mr. Murad Khan Project Director SRSP Dir Upper. They emphasized that such trainings play a vital role in students lives. They stated that along with academic knowledge strong communication skills enable students to express themselves confidently and perform better in their careers. Strong communication creates strong professionals they remarked.

District Youth Officer Mr. Shehzad Tariq stated that such productive trainings will continue to be organized in every tehsil of Dir Upper to empower youth with essential skills.

An interactive question and answer session was also conducted where students actively participated. The participants expressed their gratitude to the District Youth Officer for organizing such a productive and beneficial training.

At the end of the ceremony shields and gifts were presented to the honorable guests and other prominent participants.

Under the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner Dir Upper Mr. Naveed Akbar and the Director, Directorate of Youth Affairs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Dr. Nauman Mujahid a one-week Web Development computer short course was organized by the District Youth Office in collaboration with the District Administration Dir Upper at E-Tech College Rehankot Dir Upper.

The closing and certificate distribution ceremony was held on 03 January 2026 at E-Tech College Rehankot Dir Upper. More than 50 students were awarded certificates upon successful completion of the course.

The purpose of this web development short course was to equip students with basic and practical digital skills enable them to understand modern web technologies and enhance their employment and freelancing opportunities in the digital world.

Mr. Sajjad Ali Tareen the resource person highlighted the course content and explained the importance of web development skills in today’s digital era. Mr. Zubair welcomed the participants and expressed his gratitude to the District Youth Office for organizing such productive and beneficial courses. Mr. Seemab Ali Khan Youth Chairman Rehankot addressed the students and assured them of continuous support stating that more such activities would be organized in the future.

District Youth Officer Dir Upper Mr. Shehzad Tariq expressed his gratitude to the trainers for their dedication and valuable efforts throughout the course. He stated that such skills-based short courses play a vital role in students lives alongside their academic studies. He further added that the Youth Office aims to empower youth with digital skills to help them become self-reliant and independent in today’s competitive world.

Other distinguished guests at the ceremony included Mr. Luqman Adil Mr. Sangeen Khan and Mr. Ibrar Wardag. At the end of the ceremony shields and gifts were presented to the guests and other prominent participants in recognition of their valuable contributions.
