I am pleased to share that I have successfully conducted the first Professional Development (PD) session for the academic staff of The Founders School and Foundation Model Public School, D.I. Khan for the academic session 2026–2027.

This session was a refreshing and engaging training focused on student-centered learning. It covered most of the core subjects as well as Early Childhood Care (ECC). We also briefly discussed the key strands in each subject and effective classroom management strategies.

Our schools are unique in the district for consistently providing structured and meaningful training to our faculty. We strongly believe in internal capacity building, where we train and develop our own educators. In addition, our teachers also actively participate in external trainings conducted by AFAQ and Oxford.

Parents can feel confident and reassured that their children are being taught by well-trained and continuously developing educators. Every year, our school follows a comprehensive annual professional development plan, which was announced in March 2026.
