One of the most valuable aspects of my observership at Shifa International Hospital Ltd has been the opportunity to learn from outstanding pharmacy professionals like DrBilal Mehsood RPh pharmacy gratudate Gomal University Dera Ismail khan (Batch 2019–2024), currently serving as a Staff Pharmacist at shifa international hospital Islamabad.
Bilal has earned a respected name at Shifa through his exceptional clinical knowledge, professionalism, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence. What truly distinguishes him is his humble personality and his willingness to support, mentor, and encourage junior pharmacists, interns, and observers. He is always ready to share his knowledge, answer questions, and guide others with patience and kindness, making the learning experience both enjoyable and meaningful.
I am sincerely grateful for his guidance, encouragement, and continuous support throughout my observership. Learning from dedicated professionals like Bilal has been a truly inspiring experience and has further strengthened my passion for clinical pharmacy and patient-centered care.
