Here's a glimpse of our Physical fitness Training. 🏋️‍♀️💪

Two years back, We noticed that students are becoming over weight. They are having problems in concentration and are also experiencing fatigue (تھکاوٹ)۔ We realized that they are not doing physical activities which is affecting their mental and academic growth. 👨‍🏫

So, now we make sure to take them to the park ⛹️ where the instructor gives them physical training and they can play outdoor games. 🥳
