إِنَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ

شعبہ سیاسیات، یونیورسٹی آف چترال، کل ڈگری کالج روڈ پر پولیٹیکل سائنس (فرسٹ سمسٹر) کے ایک ہونہار طالب علم کے المناک اور بے وقت انتقال پر شدید رنج و غم کا اظہار کرتا ہے۔

یہ تباہ کن واقعہ آج مجرمانہ غفلت کے نتیجے میں پیش آیا۔

ہم بالائی چترال کے علاقے موردیر سے تعلق رکھنے والے سوگوار خاندان سے دلی اور گہری تعزیت کا اظہار کرتے ہیں۔ ہماری دعائیں اور مکمل حمایت اس ناقابل تصور غم کی گھڑی میں ان کے ساتھ ہیں۔ ہم اس گہرے صدمے میں گورنمنٹ کالج چترال کے اساتذہ اور طلباء کے ساتھ برابر کے شریک ہیں۔

یہ صرف ایک حادثہ نہیں تھا۔ یہ ایک قابل گریز سانحہ تھا جس نے ایک روشن مستقبل کو ختم کر دیا۔ ہم اس واقعے کے ذمہ دار ڈرائیور کی خوفناک لاپرواہی اور مجرمانہ تیز رفتاری کی شدید مذمت کرتے ہیں، جس کی قیمت ایک معصوم طالب علم کو اپنی جان دے کر چکانی پڑی۔

ہم پوری سٹوڈنٹ کمیونٹی کے ساتھ مل کر مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ:

مکمل اور شفاف انوسٹی گیشن: ضلعی انتظامیہ فوری طور پر غیر جانبدارانہ تحقیقات کرے تاکہ اس مجرمانہ غفلت کے مرتکب شخص کو قانون کے کٹہرے میں لایا جا سکے۔

فوری ٹریفک سیفٹی اقدامات: ہم ڈگری کالج روڈ، جسے روزانہ ہزاروں طلباء استعمال کرتے ہیں، کے لیے فوری طور پر جامع ٹریفک سیفٹی پلان پر عمل درآمد کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔ اس میں ٹریفک پولیس کی مستقل تعیناتی اور اسپیڈ کنٹرول کے سخت اقدامات شامل ہونے چاہئیں۔

ہمارے طلباء کا تحفظ اولین ترجیح ہے۔ ہم مستقبل میں ایسے کسی سانحے کے متحمل نہیں ہو سکتے۔

اللہ تعالیٰ مرحوم کو جنت الفردوس میں اعلیٰ مقام عطا فرمائے اور لواحقین، دوستوں اور تمام طلباء کو یہ ناقابل تلافی نقصان برداشت کرنے کے لیے صبر جمیل عطا فرمائے۔ آمین۔
