خوبصورت کلاس روم وہ نہیں جو صرف خوبصورت نظر آئے، بلکہ وہ ہے جو اپنی ہر دیوار سے بچوں کو کچھ سکھائے

اسکول لیڈر موغلا ندہ کلسٹر کی جانب سے کلاس رومز میں طلبہ کے قد کے مطابق 3 انچ سفیدہ لکڑی کے تختے مختلف بلندیوں پر نصب کیے گئے ہیں، تاکہ تعلیمی چارٹس بچوں کی آنکھوں کی سطح اور ان کی پہنچ کے مطابق آویزاں کیے جا سکیں۔

اس اقدام سے قبل عموماً کلاس رومز میں چارٹس نسبتاً زیادہ بلندی پر آویزاں کیے جاتے تھے، جس کی وجہ سے وہ زیادہ تر صرف بصری سجاوٹ یا دور سے دیکھنے کے لیے موجود رہتے تھے۔ بچے نہ تو آسانی سے ان کے قریب جا سکتے تھے اور نہ ہی انہیں تدریسی سرگرمیوں کے دوران مؤثر طور پر استعمال کر سکتے تھے۔ یوں چارٹس کا ایک اہم مقصد، یعنی بچوں کو ان کے ساتھ براہِ راست تعامل کے ذریعے سیکھنے کا موقع فراہم کرنا، پوری طرح حاصل نہیں ہو پاتا تھا۔

مزید یہ کہ چارٹس کو دیواروں پر ٹیپ کے ذریعے لگانے میں بھی عملی مشکلات پیش آتی تھیں۔ وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ ٹیپ اپنی گرفت کھو دیتی، جس سے چارٹس اتر جاتے یا خراب ہو جاتے۔ ایک طویل عرصے تک لگے رہنے کی وجہ سے چارٹس گردوغبار سے آلودہ اور بوسیدہ بھی ہو جاتے تھے۔ بعض اوقات چارٹس کو اتارتے وقت ٹیپ کے ساتھ دیوار کا رنگ بھی اکھڑ جاتا تھا، جس سے کلاس روم کی دیواروں کو نقصان پہنچتا اور دوبارہ رنگ و روغن کی ضرورت پیش آتی تھی۔

اب لکڑی کے تختوں پر چارٹس کو تھمب پنز کے ذریعے آویزاں کیا جائے گا، جس سے اساتذہ کے لیے ضرورت کے مطابق چارٹس کو بآسانی اتارنا، تبدیل کرنا اور دوبارہ لگانا ممکن ہوگا۔ اس طرح نہ صرف چارٹس کی حالت بہتر رہے گی بلکہ مختلف اسباق، موضوعات اور تدریسی ضروریات کے مطابق انہیں بروقت تبدیل کیا جا سکے گا، جبکہ دیواریں بھی ٹیپ کے بار بار استعمال سے ہونے والے نقصان سے محفوظ رہیں گی۔

اس اقدام کا مقصد صرف کلاس روم کو خوبصورت بنانا نہیں، بلکہ چارٹس کو بچوں کے لیے دیکھنے، پڑھنے، سمجھنے اور ان کے ساتھ عملی طور پر تعامل کرنے کا ذریعہ بنانا ہے۔

تعلیمی چارٹس کلاس روم کے خاموش استاد کا کردار ادا کرتے ہیں۔ یہ بچوں کو اہم تصورات کی بصری یاد دہانی فراہم کرتے ہیں، سیکھنے میں دلچسپی پیدا کرتے ہیں اور بار بار مشاہدے کے ذریعے معلومات کو بہتر طور پر سمجھنے اور یاد رکھنے میں مدد دیتے ہیں۔ جب چارٹس بچوں کی نظر اور پہنچ کے مطابق ہوں تو کلاس روم کی دیواریں بھی سیکھنے کے عمل کا حصہ بن جاتی ہیں۔

اسی سلسلے میں اساتذہ کو گوشہ بہ گوشہ مشاہداتی سرگرمی کے ذریعے چارٹس کے مؤثر استعمال کی تربیت بھی دی جا رہی ہے، تاکہ چارٹس محض سجاوٹ کے لیے نہیں بلکہ تدریس اور طلبہ کی فعال شرکت کے لیے استعمال کیے جائیں۔

From Training to Classroom Practice, School Leaders are determined to work with primary school teachers to implement trainings in classroom settings.

A progress review session under the School Improvement Program (SIP) was held at the AKRSP Office, Chitral, in coordination with AKRSP and the School Leader, Moghlandeh Cluster. Regional Program Manager AKRSP, Mr Sajjad Hussain welcomed the participants to the session and emphasized on the importance of review meetings for the successful implementation of training programs.

The session brought together teachers who had previously been trained on FLN through Jolly Phonics approach. The teachers shared their experiences of implementing Jolly Phonics in their primary schools, highlighting the progress they have made as well as the challenges and problems they are facing during classroom implementation.

The discussion provided a valuable opportunity for teachers to reflect on their practices, share practical solutions, learn from each other’s experiences, and identify areas where further support is needed.

Education experts from AKRSP, Mr Assadullah Khan and Jamil Ahmed reviewed the progress of the teachers and shared their valuable insights. SL Moghlandeh Cluster sensitized participants about Data Collection methods and their importance in showcasing.

Team School Leaders thanks AKRSP for providing a platform for meaningful collaboration and to all the participating teachers for their continued efforts to strengthen early-grade literacy through improved teaching practices.

آج گورنمنٹ پرائمری سکول چترال (GPS Chitral) میں School Improvement Programme (SIP) کے تحت Parent-Teacher Council (PTC) کے ساتھ ایک بامقصد نشست کا انعقاد کیا گیا، جسے School Leader, Moghlandeh Cluster نے Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) کے تعاون سے کوآرڈینیٹ کیا۔
نشست کا مقصد محض PTC کا اجلاس منعقد کرنا نہیں بلکہ PTC کے کردار کو عملی اور بامعنی انداز میں مضبوط بنانا تھا۔ شرکاء کو مختلف گروپس میں تقسیم کیا گیا اور انہیں ایسی سرگرمیوں میں شامل کیا گیا جن کے ذریعے انہوں نے غور و فکر کیا کہ PTC سکول کی بہتری، طلبہ کے مفاد، نگرانی، شفافیت اور فیصلہ سازی کے عمل میں کس طرح مؤثر کردار ادا کر سکتا ہے۔
گروپ سرگرمی کے دوران شرکاء نے PTC کی اہمیت، اس کی ذمہ داریوں اور سکول کے معاملات میں والدین اور کمیونٹی کی مؤثر شمولیت کو اجاگر کیا۔ اس سرگرمی نے شرکاء کو اپنی آراء شیئر کرنے، مسائل کی نشاندہی کرنے اور سکول کی بہتری کے لیے مشترکہ ذمہ داری کے احساس کو فروغ دینے کا موقع فراہم کیا۔
ایسی سرگرمیاں اس سوچ کو مضبوط کرتی ہیں کہ سکول کی بہتری صرف اساتذہ کی ذمہ داری نہیں؛ والدین اور کمیونٹی کی فعال شمولیت بھی ایک کامیاب اور معیاری تعلیمی نظام کے لیے ناگزیر ہے۔

World Environment Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Madaklasht. Students from the cluster schools of the School Leader, actively participated in the event.

The celebration aimed to raise awareness about environmental protection, cleanliness, and the importance of preserving natural resources. Participants took part in a cleanliness campaign and conducted a clean streets drive throughout the village. Students collected litter from public places and emphasized the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
A walk was also organized to promote environmental awareness among the community. During the walk, participants carried banners and placards highlighting messages about protecting nature, reducing pollution, and keeping the surroundings clean.

Teachers, community leaders, and volunteers appreciated the efforts of the students and encouraged everyone to play their role in safeguarding the environment for future generations.

The event concluded with a pledge by all participants to continue supporting environmental conservation and cleanliness initiatives in Madaklasht.

Sir Shahid Hussain is not only an experienced educator but also a researcher, having completed his MPhil on School Leadership and its impacts on Primary Education — making him the perfect leader to guide our schools forward.

His MPhil research means that his leadership will be driven by knowledge, vision, and a deep understanding of what truly works in primary education — from strengthening school leadership practices to improving student outcomes across Chitral. Engaging Parents Teachers students and linked government departments for a better future.

On 25th April 2026, Government Primary School Chewdok successfully organized its Parent-Teacher Meeting along with the Annual Results Day in a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere.

The event was honored by the presence of Conservator KP National Parks, Mr. Muhammad Hussain, and DFO Wildlife, Mr. Muhammad Rizwan. Respected Imams of all three nearby mosques, parents, President APTA Mr. Zia Ur Rehman, and other esteemed community leaders also graced the occasion with their presence.
Students showcased their remarkable talents through beautiful recitations of the Holy Quran, Hamd, Naat, engaging Urdu and English speeches, and thought-provoking tableaux, reflecting both their confidence and creativity.

While addressing the gathering, Mr. Muhammad Hussain appreciated the dedication and efforts of the school administration and emphasized the importance of ensuring that no child remains out of school. Mr. Zia Ur Rehman highlighted the crucial role of teachers in delivering quality education and the collective responsibility of the community in strengthening the school.

School Leader Moghlandeh Cluster, Mr. Sumair Abbas, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all participants for their presence and support. He also congratulated the teachers and students for organizing such a successful and memorable event.

The event concluded on a joyful note with the distribution of prizes among the best-performing students, encouraging them to continue striving for excellence.
