Why study philosophy?
Bertrand Russell

"Philosophy is to be studied, not for the sake of any definite answers to its questions, since no definite answers can, as a rule, be known to be true, but rather for the sake of the questions themselves; because these questions enlarge our conception of what is possible, enrich our intellectual imagination and diminish the dogmatic assurance which closes the mind against speculation; but above all because, through the greatness of the universe which philosophy contemplates, the mind is also rendered great, and becomes capable of that union with the universe which constitutes its highest good."

First published in 1912, Bertrand Russell’s The Problems of Philosophy has never been out of print and is often considered essential reading for philosophy students. Russell, in his trademark usage of clear and concise language, introduces to the reader the key theories of Plato, Aristotle, Descartes, David Hume, John Locke, Immanuel Kant, Georg Hegel and others to lay the foundation of philosophical inquiry.

Russell considers philosophy as a repeating series of (failed) attempts to answer the same questions:

• Can we prove that there is an external world?

• Can we prove cause and effect?

• Can we validate any of our generalizations?

• Can we objectively justify morality?

He asserts that philosophy cannot answer any of these questions and that any value of philosophy must lie elsewhere than in offering proofs to these questions.

بلوچستان کے طلباء کے لئے پاکستان کے مختلف یونیورسٹیوں اور کالجوں ميں تقریباً ہمارے 668 ریزوڈ سیٹس ہیں،جس پر بلوچستان کے طلباء کے لئے کوئی فیس نہیں ہے اور طلباء بلکل مفت تعلیم حاصل کر سکتے ہیں.
جن نشستوں کیلئے طلباء کو ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف کالجز ( ٹیکنیکل برانچ) کے توسط سے منتخب کیا جاتا ہیں.
حالیہ سال ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف ایجوکیشن شاوک شاہ روڈ کویٹہ بلوچستان کے ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر برکت اسماعیل نے صرف 385 طلباء کو نومینیشن لیٹر جاری کئے ہیں اور اس میں ٪40 یعنی 9 یونیورسٹیوں میں 134 طلباء صرف ایک ہی ضلع سے گئے ہیں. باقی 283 سیٹوں کو ضائع کیا گیا ہے جو بلوچستان کے طلباء کے ساتھ ناانصافی ہے۔ اور جن طلباء کو نومینیشن لیٹر دیئے ہیں وہ بھی مقررہ تاریخ پر نہیں دیئے ہیں ہے،جسکی بڑی وجہ یہ ہے کہ جب طالب علم یونیورسٹی جاتا ہے یا تو انکو ایڈمیشن نہیں دیتے ہیں اور جب ایڈمیشن مل بھی جاتی ہے تو ان سے پورا سمسٹر گزر چکا ہوتا ہے جسکی وجہ سے زیادہ تر طلباء سمسٹر میں ڈراپ ہو جاتے ہیں اور سیٹ ضائع ہو جاتی ہے۔جو اس پسماندہ صوبے کے طالب علموں کے ساتھ سراسر ظلم ہے،اور اس طریقے سے ان پسماندہ صوبے کے طلباء کو تعلیم حاصل کرنے سے دور رکھا جاتا ہے۔ ہم احکام بالا وزیر اعلیٰ بلوچستان عبد القدوس بزنجو، ایجوکیشن منسٹر،سیکرٹری ایجوکیشن، ڈائریکٹر آف ایجوکیشن سے پر زور اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ طلباء کے ان مسئلہ کا جلد سے جلد نوٹس لے۔ اور برکت اسماعیل اور دیگر ملوث افراد کے لیے انکوائری کمیٹی بنائی جائے.

Science is leading civilization to disaster!

Over the centuries, science has produced many theories and methods, but even now it cannot finally explain a single event or phenomenon. The reason is the lack of a reasonable and meaningful understanding of the fundamental foundations of the universe, which, as before, is based on one-sided, materialistic ideas.
Religious teachings preaching the existence of the Creator are much closer to the Truth, but they also suffer from the same and significant drawback - the lack of an objective understanding of the entire completeness of the world, including the spiritual, the spirit, the human soul.
To come to a correct understanding of objective Reality, science and religions need a new view of the world, a different style of thinking. First of all, they need to acknowledge the following circumstances:
1. The existence of the Creator.
2. Complete objectivity of the world, including the informational (spiritual) one. They are obliged to understand that the world consists of two really existing components - material and non-material (spiritual, informational). Spirit, soul, consciousness are real objects, they also objectively exist, like material objects.
3. Matter cannot by itself think, move and develop, it needs an indication of the way, and this is done by information (spirit).
4. According to the "Harmonious Worldview", the main principle of the creation and existence of Reality is the control of the material world with the help of the Spirit - the really existing, informational field of the Creator.
This will make it possible to take the next step - to move on to a substantive discussion of the concept of "Harmonious Worldview".
