بچوں کو کرونا وائرس سے بچاؤ کے طریقے ذہن نشین کرائیں۔ یاد رہے یہ وائرس ہوا کو اپنا میڈیم نہیں بناتا اور زیادہ درجہ حرارت میں زندہ نہیں رہتا اس لیے بچوں کو ٹھنڈی اشیاء مثلاً آئس کریم، کولڈ ڈرنک وغیرہ سے دور رکھیں اور جنک فوڈ کا استعمال مکمل ترک کر دیں۔ بچوں اور ادھیڑ عمر لوگوں میں مدافعتی نظام کمزور ہوتا ہے لہذا ان کے لیے زیادہ احتیاط ضروری ہے۔

آج وہ کشمیر ہے محکوم و مجبور و فقیر
کل جسے اہلِ نظر کہتے تھے ایرانِ صغیر
سینۂ افلاک سے اُٹھتی ہے آہِ سوز ناک
مردِ حق ہوتا ہے جب مرعوبِ سُلطان و امیر
کہہ رہا ہے داستاں بیدردیِ ایّام کی
کوہ کے دامن میں وہ غم خانۂ دہقانِ پیر
آہ! یہ قومِ نجیب و چرب دست و تر دماغ
ہے کہاں روزِ مکافات اے خُدائے دیر گیر؟
