A Warm Welcome to a New Chapter!

It was a joy to welcome our children back to school and begin a new chapter of learning, discovery, and growth.

I’m especially excited to see them step into a new journey where they will explore Science, Technology, and new ideas that can inspire their curiosity and prepare them for the future.

Every child deserves a learning environment where they feel welcomed, valued, and encouraged to dream bigger.

Welcome back, dear children! Let’s learn, explore, and grow together.

I have always believed that when we educate and empower a woman, we strengthen an entire family, community, and nation.

My own journey taught me the power of resilience. From facing challenges at a young age to working alongside thousands of women, my mission has remained the same: to create opportunities where women can learn, become confident, and build independent futures.

Through my work with ZWEE Foundation, I am proud to have supported and empowered 6,000+ women, but I know there is still so much more to do.

Every woman who gains a skill, finds her voice, or believes in her own potential is a step toward a stronger and more equal society.

Education is power. Resilience is strength. Empowerment is change

For the past three months, I have been supporting Sidra and her family by helping with their monthly ration and essential household expenses.
In this video, Sidra shares her heartfelt gratitude for standing by her family during a difficult time and helping them meet their basic needs.
I believe compassion means being there for people when they need support the most. Sometimes, even a small act of kindness can bring hope, dignity, and strength to a family.

Through ZWEE Foundation, I remain committed to supporting families in need and standing beside them during difficult times.

Together, we can bring hope where it is needed most.

In the Age of AI, Why Education Will Always Matter

Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way we learn, work, and communicate. But as technology becomes more powerful, one question matters more than ever:

What should education give children that AI cannot?
Education is not only about finding information or getting the right answers. It is about developing curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, empathy, values, and the ability to make responsible choices.
As a Global Teacher Prize Laureate and CEO of ZWEE Foundation, I believe that AI should not replace education—it should help us make education more meaningful, inclusive, and accessible.

The future needs technology, but it will always need human minds, human values, and human hearts.

It was a privilege to attend the SPARK event in Dubai, organized by the Varkey Foundation, where educators from around the world came together to celebrate one another, exchange ideas, and share experiences from their journeys in education.

As a Global Teacher Prize 2023 Laureate, I was honored to be part of this inspiring gathering of educators who are making a difference in their communities and beyond.
Events like SPARK remind me that when educators come together, share their knowledge, and learn from one another, we can create new possibilities for the future of education.

Grateful for the opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate with fellow educators from across the globe.

I am especially grateful for this honor. It inspires me to continue working with passion, compassion, and purpose to make education more inclusive and accessible.
I remain committed to creating a future where every child and every young person has the opportunity to learn, grow, lead, and make a difference.

This picture takes me back to where my journey began.

I started with a simple dream—to educate children and create better opportunities for those who needed them most. Today, that dream has grown into a global journey, with my work recognized through two international awards the Lynn Syms Global Prize for Women’s Empowerment and the 2023 Global Teacher Prize.
I remain grateful for every person who has supported me along the way. The journey continues—with education, empowerment, and hope at its heart.

"Education is the most powerful gift we can give."
It transforms a child's life, ignites their dreams,
and builds a stronger future for all of us.
Let’s keep giving that gift, together.Every smile, every question, every dream starts in a classroom.
When we invest in a child’s education, we don’t just change one life — we shape a better future for all of us.
