Allow yourself to acknowledge your every small progress even with the slow walk you have taken these past few weeks. You may not be able to see how much you are actually improving but you are doing great regardless of how far you have gone.

Even when you think there is too much for everything and even if you oblige yourself to work incessantly to meet the demands of being an adult, know that you can always unload and recharge. These may be one of those emotionally and mentally draining days, but better days are coming for you and when they come and knock on your door, it no longer feels heavy anymore. Every phase has something to offer.

So, carry on ❤️

I came to this point where I yearn for intimacy with inner peace, inner-growth, simplicity, contenment and happiness. Go and settle to a place where nobody knows my name. Seek for new adventures in unexplored corners, sail the deepest secrets of the oceans, meet new faces and learn new points of view. I want to be intensely in touched with the trees, oceans, and mountains. To be immensely in loved with the smell of rain, sea, and river. To be a little detached from the crowd; perhaps attach myself to something where my soul is rooted deep and just follow my own path regardless of how the world tries to pull me.

I just want a change and have a break from everything that holds me back. I want to unleash that kind of soul—to experience and appreciate life by giving life—by living life.

And finally find that home, within.

Life is not perfect but it carries a lot of perfect things within it, that feeling you have reached the upper clouds, you have got it all, yet other days you will be underneath earth barely breathing, somedays you will walk with grace and pride, but you will never forget the days you didn't know where to go,you were helpless, lost and alone. You have laughed fully from your heart and you cried out of joy, but there were nights you couldn't stop your tears, your heart shredded from pain, yes, you felt amazingly loved and appreciated but there were moments you were darkened by your own thoughts of hating yourself, yes peace has filled every tiny piece of you but other days you were messed like a hole full of wrecks.

There are so many ways to be brave in this world. Sometimes bravery involves laying down your life for something bigger than yourself, or for someone else. Sometimes it involves giving up everything you have ever known, or everyone you have ever loved, for the sake of something greater.
But sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes it is nothing more than gritting your teeth through pain, and the work of every day, the slow walk toward a better life.
