IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING PRE BOARD EXAMINATION 2026-
All Principals and Controllers of Examinations are directed to ensure strict compliance with the following:
• Sharing or circulation of question papers through social media or any other means is strictly prohibited. Students shall not be allowed to take question papers outside the examination hall.
• Paper starting time is 9:00 AM. All candidates must reach the examination center at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the paper.
• Daily attendance must be compiled and reported to the District Focal Person by 10:30 AM. ACADEMIC OPERATIONS WING DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION (COLLEGES) PUNJAB
•It shall be mandatory for all students to appear in and qualify the pre-board examinations. In case of absence or failure in two or more subjects, the candidate’s admission for the Board Examination may be liable to cancellation as per policy.
• All examinations shall be conducted with strict adherence to discipline, transparency, and standard operating procedures, maintaining the same decorum as observed in Board Examinations.
• Teaching staff shall ensure fair, accurate, and timely evaluation of answer scripts. The final compiled result must be submitted to the DPI Office by 4th May. A Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) shall be convened on 9th May for dissemination of results to parents. Roll number slips shall be issued subsequently.
