معاونِ خصوصی برائے ٹیکنکل ایجوکیشن خیبرپختونخوا، طفیل انجم کی ہدایت پر خیبرپختونخوا بورڈ آف ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن کے زیرِ اہتمام منعقد ہونے والے سالانہ امتحانات، جو کہ 20 اگست 2025 سے شروع ہونا تھے، کو باجوڑ اور بونیر کے اضلاع میں عارضی طور پر ملتوی کر دیا گیا ہے۔
یہ فیصلہ حالیہ شدید بارشوں اور سیلابی صورتحال کے باعث کیا گیا ہے، جس نے ان علاقوں میں معمولاتِ زندگی کو بری طرح متاثر کیا ہے۔ سیلاب کی وجہ سے نہ صرف سڑکیں اور رابطہ راستے بند ہو چکے ہیں بلکہ تعلیمی ادارے بھی متاثر ہوئے ہیں، جس کے باعث طلباء و طالبات کو امتحانی مراکز تک پہنچنے میں شدید مشکلات کا سامنا ہے۔
معاونِ خصوصی طفیل انجم نے اس موقع پر کہا کہ حکومت طلباء کی حفاظت اور سہولت کو ہر حال میں مقدم سمجھتی ہے۔ "ہم کسی بھی طالب علم کو غیر یقینی صورتحال میں امتحان دینے پر مجبور نہیں کر سکتے،" انہوں نے کہا۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ بورڈ تمام متاثرہ طلباء کو مکمل سہولت فراہم کرے گا اور امتحانات کی نئی تاریخوں کا اعلان جلد کیا جائے گا۔
متعلقہ ضلعی انتظامیہ اور تعلیمی اداروں کو بھی ہدایت جاری کی گئی ہے کہ وہ سیلاب کی صورتحال میں طلباء کی رہنمائی اور معاونت کریں، تاکہ تعلیمی نقصان کو کم سے کم کیا جا سکے۔
واضح رہے کہ باقی اضلاع میں امتحانات اپنے مقررہ شیڈول کے مطابق ہوں گے، جبکہ صرف باجوڑ اور بونیر کے لیے ملتوی شدہ امتحانات کا نیا شیڈول بعد ازاں جاری کیا جائے گا۔
