لیکن کیا ہم نے کبھی اس مسئلے کو دونوں زاویوں سے دیکھا ہے؟

پرائیویٹ سکول اس ملک میں اکثر کرائے کی عمارتوں میں چلتے ہیں۔
کرایہ، بجلی کے بھاری بل، پانی، گیس، انٹرنیٹ،
عمارت کی مرمت، فرنیچر، اسٹاف، رجسٹریشن،
اور دیگر بے شمار اخراجات ہر ماہ ایک بڑا بوجھ ہوتے ہیں۔
یہ سب کچھ ایک ایسے نظام میں چل رہا ہے
جہاں فیس محدود ہے اور والدین بھی زیادہ بوجھ برداشت نہیں کر سکتے۔

اس کے باوجود پرائیویٹ سکول کیا کرتے ہیں؟
وہ روزگار پیدا کرتے ہیں۔
وہ نیو لوگوں کو موقع دیتے ہیں۔
وہ بالکل نئے، سادہ اور ناتجربہ کار افراد کو
کام سکھاتے ہیں، تربیت دیتے ہیں،
اور انہیں قابل بناتے ہیں کہ وہ آگے بڑھ سکیں۔

یہ ایک حقیقت ہے کہ ہمارے ملک میں
اکثر بڑے اداروں، سرکاری نوکریوں اور اعلیٰ عہدوں تک پہنچنے والوں کی
ابتدا پرائیویٹ سکولوں سے ہی ہوتی ہے۔
یہی پرائیویٹ سکول پہلی سیڑھی بنتے ہیں،
پہلا تجربہ دیتے ہیں،
اور پہلا اعتماد پیدا کرتے ہیں۔

خاص طور پر ہمارے معاشرے کی سادہ گھریلو بچیوں کے لیے
پرائیویٹ سکول پہلا دروازہ ہوتے ہیں۔
یہ ادارے انہیں عزت کے ساتھ رزق کمانا سکھاتے ہیں،
زندگی کا نظم، وقت کی پابندی،
اور کام کا سلیقہ دیتے ہیں۔
یہ ایک بہت بڑی سماجی خدمت ہے
جس پر کم ہی بات کی جاتی ہے۔

یہ بھی حقیقت ہے کہ تنخواہ
صرف ڈگری کی بنیاد پر نہیں ہوتی۔
تنخواہ قابلیت، مہارت، تجربے،
سکل اور کام کی کوالٹی پر ملتی ہے۔
جو نیا ہے، وہ سیکھتا ہے۔
جو تجربہ کار ہے، وہ زیادہ ذمہ داری اٹھاتا ہے،
اور اسی حساب سے زیادہ لیتا ہے۔
یہ ظلم نہیں، یہ نظام ہے۔

اگر کوئی ادارہ
پندرہ سال کے تجربہ کار،
مشکل اور مہنگے مضامین پڑھانے والے فرد کو
زیادہ معاوضہ دیتا ہے
اور نئے آنے والے کو کم،
تو یہ ناانصافی نہیں،
بلکہ توازن ہے۔

اس لیے ضروری ہے کہ
ہم صرف ایک رخ دیکھ کر فیصلے نہ کریں۔
پرائیویٹ سکول مسائل کے باوجود
لاکھوں لوگوں کے لیے
روزگار کے مواقع پیدا کر رہے ہیں۔
یہ ادارے بند ہو جائیں
تو نہ روزگار بچے گا،
نہ تجربہ،
نہ آگے بڑھنے کی راہ۔

پرائیویٹ سکول کوئی دشمن نہیں،
یہ روزگار کے مسیحا ہیں۔
یہ نظام خامیوں کے باوجود
ملک کو چلانے میں اپنا کردار ادا کر رہا ہے۔

ضرورت اس بات کی ہے کہ
شور مچانے کے بجائے
سمجھ بوجھ، احتساب اور بہتری کی بات کی جائے،
تاکہ نظام بھی چلے
اور انسان بھی آگے بڑھے۔
