๐๐๐A Teachers' Training Workshop on the theme "DEVISING STRATEGIES FOR MAXIMIZING TEACHING EFFECTIVENESS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES " was successfully organized by Cadet College Sargodha. โ๏ธ๐๏ธ๐ก
The workshop commenced at 8:30 AM with the recitation of the Holy Quran followed by a warm welcome to the distinguished trainer and participants. The training was conducted exactly according to the scheduled programme and concluded successfully at 2:30 PM.

The training session was conducted by Prof.Dr Fouzia Ajmal, who served as the Master Trainer. Drawing upon her vast national and international experience in education, leadership, and organizational development, she delivered an engaging and highly practical session focusing on integrating moral and ethical values into classroom teaching.
During the workshop, participants were introduced to innovative teaching methodologies, practical classroom strategies, student character-building techniques, and effective classroom management practices.
