🌺 Preposition 🌺
👉 A word used to show the relationship between a noun or pronoun and other words in a sentence.
👉 It indicates location, direction, time, manner, etc.
👉 Prepositions are usually placed before a noun or pronoun.

🌻 Types of Prepositions 🌻

1. 🦋 Simple Prepositions 🦋
👉 in, on, at, by, with, from, to, etc.

👉 There are four basic kinds of sentences .

Def :-
👉 They are also called " assertive and affirmative "
👉 They declare or state something .
👉 They are either positive or negative .
👉 Describe any general action or speech
👉 They end with a period ( .) .

Def :-
👉 Give orders , and make commands .

👉 They also have more than one clause.
👉 Independent clause is connected with dependent clause.

Here " in blue " and "in the middle "modify nouns so these are called adjectival prepositional phrases.

👉 When it modifies a verb , it behaves like an adverb .
👉 so called adverbial prepositional phrase.
