The PMC meeting took place on 2nd of October and its press release of the meeting came on 3rd. It mentioned that universities in Kyrgyzstan were blacklisted. But the detailed explanation of that meeting was uploaded yesterday on PMC website which stated that Kyrgyz universities were in the grey list not in blacklist and would be assessed and then added in blacklist or green list according to the criteria.

So the question arises that how can they irresponsibly label all universities blacklisted whereas the real meeting only grey listed them? Why did they torture and disturb thousands of families with such a huge mistake? Shouldn't they apologize to the students and their families?

The final situation is that all universities are on grey list and will be added in green or blacklist after they are assessed.
