The Pashtoon Educational and Development Council (PEDC), in collaboration with the Directorate of Education, Balochistan, is pleased to announce fully reserved seats for undergraduate programs at the prestigious Islamia University Bahawalpur (IUB).
This is an exceptional opportunity for the youth of Balochistan to pursue higher education in one of Pakistan's top-tier universities.

📊 Total Seats Available:64 Reserved Seats (for Fall Semester Undergraduate Programs only).
👩‍🎓 Female Empowerment: 20% of seats are exclusively reserved for female candidates.
🏠 Hostel Concession: 50% waiver on hostel fees charged by the university.
🔄 Session Coverage: Reserved seats are applicable for students of Balochistan in both Spring & Fall sessions.

پشتون ایجوکیشنل اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ کونسل اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور، کوئٹہ کے سول ہسپتال میں لیڈی ڈاکٹر ماہ نور ناصرہ پر ہونے والے سفاکانہ تیزاب حملے کی شدید الفاظ میں مذمت کرتا ہے۔ یہ واقعہ نہ صرف ایک معزز ڈاکٹر بلکہ پوری انسانیت، خواتین کے وقار اور مہذب معاشرے کی اقدار پر حملہ ہے۔ اس افسوسناک واقعے میں ڈاکٹر ماہ نور ناصرہ شدید زخمی ہوئیں جبکہ انہیں بچانے کی کوشش کرنے والے بہادر نوجوان رازق ترکئی بھی زخمی ہوئے۔

ہم رازق ترکئی کی جرات، بہادری اور انسان دوستی کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کرتے ہیں جنہوں نے اپنی جان کی پروا کیے بغیر ایک مظلوم انسان کی مدد کے لیے آگے بڑھ کر اعلیٰ انسانی اقدار کی مثال قائم کی۔ ہم حکومت بلوچستان سے مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ ان کی بہادری کے اعتراف میں انہیں سرکاری سطح پر بہترین علاج، اعزاز اور خصوصی انعام سے نوازا جائے۔

پشتون ایجوکیشنل اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ کونسل حکومت بلوچستان، متعلقہ اداروں اور قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں سے مطالبہ کرتا ہے کہ خواتین کے خلاف تشدد، تیزاب گردی اور دیگر سنگین جرائم کے سدباب کے لیے مزید مؤثر اور سخت اقدامات کیے جائیں تاکہ مستقبل میں کسی بیٹی، بہن یا خاتون کو ایسے المناک واقعات کا سامنا نہ کرنا پڑے۔

ہم اس امر پر بھی زور دیتے ہیں کہ صوبے بھر میں خواتین کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنایا جائے، خواہ وہ ڈاکٹر ہوں، اساتذہ ہوں، وکلاء ہوں یا کسی بھی شعبۂ زندگی سے وابستہ ہوں۔ ایک محفوظ معاشرہ ہی ترقی، خوشحالی اور انصاف کی بنیاد فراہم کرتا ہے۔

ہم ڈاکٹر ماہ نور ناصرہ کی ہمت، حوصلے اور استقامت کو سلام پیش کرتے ہیں اور ان کی جلد اور مکمل صحت یابی کے لیے دعاگو ہیں۔ اس مشکل گھڑی میں پشتون ایجوکیشنل اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ کونسل ان کے اہلِ خانہ اور تمام متاثرین کے ساتھ مکمل یکجہتی کا اظہار کرتا ہے۔

پشتون ایجوکیشنل اینڈ ڈیولپمنٹ کونسل، بہاولپور، بہاؤالدین زکریا یونیورسٹی (BZU) ملتان میں جمعیت کے مسلح غنڈوں کی جانب سے نہتے اور پرامن پشتون طلباء پر ہونے والے وحشیانہ تشدد اور فائرنگ کی شدید الفاظ میں مذمت کرتی ہے۔
یہ انتہائی تشویشناک اور افسوسناک امر ہے کہ علم کے گہواروں کو باقاعدہ منصوبہ بندی کے تحت میدانِ جنگ میں تبدیل کیا جا رہا ہے۔ مسلسل کئی روز سے پشتون طلباء کو نشانہ بنانا اور آج دس سے بارہ مسلح افراد کا نہتے طلباء پر سیدھی فائرنگ کرنا جس کے نتیجے میں متعدد طلباء شدید زخمی ہوئے، کھلی دہشت گردی ہے۔ یہ واقعات کیمپس کے اندر موجود غنڈہ عناصر کی کھلی چھوٹ اور یونیورسٹی انتظامیہ کی مکمل ناکامی کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہیں۔

پشتون ایجوکیشنل اینڈ ڈیولپمنٹ کونسل بہاولپور اس مشکل گھڑی میں پشتون سٹوڈنٹس کونسل بی زیڈ یو ملتان کے تمام طلباء کے ساتھ شانہ بشانہ کھڑی ہے اور انہیں ہر ممکن اخلاقی حمایت کی یقین دہانی کراتی ہے۔ ہم اربابِ اختیار پر واضح کر دینا چاہتے ہیں کہ طلباء کے خون اور ان کے مستقبل کے ساتھ مزید کھلواڑ کسی صورت برداشت نہیں کیا جائے گا.
