Critical Thinking & Personal Development | A Successful Event at IUB
The IUB Digital & Social Media Society, under the Directorate of Students’ Affairs, successfully organized an insightful event on “Critical Thinking & Personal Development” at the Auditorium, Faculty of Agriculture & Environmental Sciences, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
The event was graced by Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Tanveer Hussain Turabi, Dean, Faculty of Agriculture & Environmental Sciences, while Prof. Dr. Asif Naveed Ranjha, Director Students’ Affairs & Guest of Honour, honoured the occasion with his presence.
We were also privileged to have Dr. Jam Sajjad Hussain, Advisor, IUB Digital & Social Media Society, Dr. Bushra Saddiq, Co-Advisor, IUB Digital & Social Media Society, and Dr. Shafaq Manzoor among the distinguished guests.
The session featured an engaging talk by Mr. Muhammad Shakeel Usmani, SAMA Bank, Karachi, who shared valuable insights on critical thinking, personal growth, decision-making, and developing a positive and purposeful mindset.
The program was hosted by Syed Jahanzaib Shah, President, IUB Digital & Social Media Society, with Miss Noor Fatima, Member, IUB Digital & Social Media Society, serving as the Master of Ceremony.
The successful organization of the event was supported by the dedicated team of the IUB Digital & Social Media Society, including Vice Presidents Syed Qudoos and Tabassum Akram, General Secretary Ahsan Ullah Laghari, Finance Secretary Mr. Chaudhry Atiq, Press Secretary Mr. Hussain Muhsin and Executive Members Ali Raza, Iqrar Mehdi, and Hassan Raza Abbasi. The society's General Members, including Muhammad Umar Farooq, Zubair Ashraf, Esha Samar, and Muhammad Sami, also contributed to the successful ex*****on of the event.
The event provided an inspiring platform for students to reflect, question, learn, and develop the skills needed to navigate academic, professional, and personal challenges with confidence.
