For The dignity of Our Foreign Graduates our Team Decided to file complaints/applications in all institutions against all such culprits who posted against FMGs intentionally.
1- Complaint/Application to PM&DC for the cancellation of Medical Practitioner License & Fine Of at least 5 millions rupees against culprits which they will pay to PM&DC.
2- Complaint/Application Against Culprit at Cyber Crime with pictures proves will be submitted in all over Pakistan.
3- Complaint/Application against culprits to Health Ministers And Punjab Health Care Commission will be posted.
4- Massive PM Portal Complain by every FMG from all over Pakistan and abroad will be done at Prime Minister portal and we will request for action against culprit and to ban all such channels.
5- Legal Notices from all over Pakistan High Court Benches will be sent to culprit and we will bring him to court of law for the justice through our FMGs and Legal Advisers including Lahore,Multan,Rawalpindi,Islamabad,Peshawar, Karachi and Quetta Courts.
Till Tomorrow all applications will be shared on our pages and what’s app groups that you all can scan or print out make sign with your complete name and TCS to relevant Departments.
Our Target is to complete all this work till 05-03-2023.
Here we want to clear one thing we will not leave this issue to social media, we will give our maximum to show what we are capable off if someone try to play with Ours and Our Families Emotions.

Legal Notice Under Section 8 of Defamation Ordinance 2002,
Team PFDA against Dr Affan Qaiser on behalf of Foreign Medical Graduates & Students including Doctors,Engineers & other professionals also Nurses and Female Teaching Staff.
We will also take in confidence and request PNA (Pakistan Nurses Association) & Teachers to take action against his podcast regarding Female Teachers and Nurses.
We demand Publicly Apology from him to all foreign Graduates , Nurses Community & Female Teaching Staff.
We have all legal rights to defend our community self respect through court of Law & PM&DC.

اخلاقیات اور جنسی تباہی لگتا آپ کو گھر کے کسی فرد نے بتاٸ۔
پورا دن بیگم کی ایڈورٹائزنگ کر کے سوشل میڈیا سے پیسے کمانے والے یہ نفسیاتی مریض اتنا اندھا اور بدمعاش ہو چکا ہے کہ کچھ بھی بکواس کر دیتا ہے۔
کبھی اساتذہ کبھی ہمارے نرسنگ سٹاف اور اب بیرون ملک سے پڑھنے والے طالب علموں کے خلاف ایسے فضول بکواس پر اس بے لگام انسان کو فوراً معافی مانگنی ہو گی۔
اگر کل شام تک اس ڈاکٹر نے فی میل اساتذہ ، نرسز اور بیرون ممالک کے طالب علموں سے معافی نہ مانگی تو ہماری لیگل ایڈوائزر کی ٹیم اس کو لیگل نوٹس بھیج کر قانونی کاروائ کریں گے۔
