Dar Ul Quran Online Academy

We are looking for a dedicated and fluent English-speaking Quran Tutor to join our team. This position begins as an on-site role to facilitate training and contract signing, transitioning to a hybrid model (combination of on-site and work-from-home) within 5 to 10 days of signing the contract.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong command of Tajweed rules and be deeply committed to punctuality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct online Quran classes with a focus on accurate Tajweed and Qira’at.
· Teach students (children/adults) in fluent English, ensuring clear communication of Islamic concepts and Quranic translation.
· Adhere strictly to the assigned class schedule without delays.
· Utilize provided digital tools and your own laptop to deliver engaging lessons.
· Attend on-site meetings or training sessions as required during the hybrid schedule.

Requirements

1. Religious & Educational Qualifications:

· Tajweed Proficiency: Certified knowledge of Tajweed rules (e.g., Ikhfa, Idgham, Madd) with the ability to correct students’ recitation in real-time.
· Language Skills: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) to explain grammar, rules, and meanings effectively.

2. Technical Requirements:

· Must own a laptop (desktops or tablets are not sufficient).
· Must have a strong internet connection (fiber optic or high-speed broadband; mobile hotspots will not be accepted) to ensure video classes are uninterrupted.

3. Location & Documentation:

· Must be a resident of Bahawalpur.
· Must possess a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) .
· Age must be between 20 and 25 years.

4. Professional Attributes:

· Punctuality: Strict adherence to time management is non-negotiable. Classes must start and end exactly on time.
· Reliability: Ability to commit to the work schedule immediately after signing the contract.

Work Schedule & Transition

· Phase 1 (Days 1–5/10): On-site. The tutor will work from the designated center in Bahawalpur for training, onboarding, and initial classes.
· Phase 2 (After 5–10 days): Hybrid. Upon successful completion of the initial period, the tutor will shift to a hybrid model (partial work from home, partial on-site as per schedule).
