Non-Distribution of PM Youth Laptop Scheme Laptops to Graduated Students

I respectfully submit that I was selected under Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme (Phase-IV) as a student of the ISLAMIA UNIVERSITY OF BAHAWALPUR. I have now graduated.

As per the recent official announcement of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme , selected students who graduated before distribution are still eligible to receive their laptops. However, the ISLAMIA UNIVERSITY OF BAHAWALPUR administration/focal person has refused to issue laptops to pass-out students, stating that they have not yet received any notification or email from HEC and will distribute laptops only after HEC confirmation.

Due to this, deserving selected graduates are being denied their laptops despite clear government announcement.

I request the Higher Education Commission, Pakistan to kindly issue/confirm the notification to the ISLAMIA UNIVERSITY OF BAHAWALPUR and direct them to immediately distribute laptops to eligible graduated students.

This is Pakistani student studying in kyrghyzstan whome killed last night by Balvaii residents of kyrghyzstan. Pakistan government, we appeal to you please do something to stop this.
