Chief Minister's Laptop Awardees

The first-ever Tech Expo was held at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. On this occasion, Commander 31 Corps along with Vice Chancellor IUB distributed Stanford 2% World Scientists from the IUB.

Engr. Mamut a Turkish citizen currently working for different corporates in China in the field of Image Processing visited Center for Automation,Robotics and Embedded Systems(CARE) and Chip Design Lab in Department of Electronic Engineering, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
During the visit Engr Abid Javed Assistant Professor, Electronic Engineering and Head of CARE Lab briefed about the ongoing R&D projects and collaborations with industries.Further,Engr Shehryar Paracha briefed about the infrastructure of Chip Design Lab and the contribution of students who are currently designing their Final Year Projects in the field of chip design .

At the end of the visit Engr Mamut acknowledged efforts made by the faculty and department in strengthening this esteemed Islamia University Bahawalpur.
