We are delighted to announce that Ms. Ayesha Noor Abbasi D/O Fayyaz Ahmad, a talented student of BS Botany, has achieved an outstanding milestone.

She has proudly been selected as one of the Top 5 CM Female Ambassadors from Batch-1 and has been awarded a cash prize of PKR 50,000 under the Skill Development through Ambassador Program for Female University Students Across Punjab.

This remarkable achievement reflects her exceptional leadership, dedication, and commitment toward promoting women empowerment, gender equality, and community engagement. Her success stands as a true testament to her hard work and impactful contributions throughout her ambassadorial journey.

This prestigious initiative, launched by 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐛, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐦 𝐍𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐳 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐛,
aims to empower female students through leadership development and skill-building opportunities.

Day 2 of the Voluntary Blood Donation Drive continued with great enthusiasm and commitment at the Faculty of Chemical & Biological Sciences, in collaboration with the Regional Blood Centre, Bahawal Victoria Hospital, under the guidance of Dr. Fida Hussain (BVH/Indus) and Dr. Nadeem Bashir.

A collective effort towards saving lives and promoting the spirit of humanitarian service, made possible through the dedicated efforts of Ms. Ammara Maryam (DDSA) and Ms. Ayesha Shafqat, President of the Chemical & Biological Sciences Student Society, along with the dedicated cabinet members.

Students and volunteers came forward with the shared mission of saving lives and spreading the message of humanity, compassion, and social responsibility.

The Faculty of Chemical & Biological Sciences proudly joins the Voluntary Blood Donation Drive in collaboration with the Regional Blood Centre, Bahawal Victoria Hospital, under the guidance of Mr. Rana Amir Shahzad, Manager of Blood Donation Mobilization Regional Blood Center, Dr. Fida Hussain senior executive blood donor mobilization RBC and Dr. Nadeem Bashir.

A tribute to courage, sacrifice, and the unwavering spirit of our martyrs. Their legacy lives on in the heart of the nation.

The Chemical and Biological Sciences Students Society had the honor of participating in the Garrison tribute ceremony dedicated to the martyrs of Marka-e-Haq 🇵🇰.

The event was graced with the esteemed presence of the Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, whose participation marked the highest honor for the occasion. He was followed by the respected DDSA Ms. Ammara Maryam, and the President of the Society, Ayesha Shafqat, along with Vice President Maryam Sajid, General Secretary Fatima, Joint Secretary Asra, Finance Secretary Muhammad Naseem, and Sports Secretary Talha—collectively reflecting unity, discipline, and deep national reverence.

A solemn tribute was paid to the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering spirit of our martyrs, whose legacy continues to inspire and strengthen the nation.

The successful conclusion of the 2-Day Canva Workshop was marked by the certificate and shield distribution ceremony in recognition of dedication and outstanding contributions.

Certificates and shields were presented to DDSA Ms. Ammara Maryam, our trainers Ms. Ayesha Shafqat and Ms. Tuba Tariq, along with co-trainers Ms. Mudasra Bukhari and Ms. Alishba Noor, for their remarkable efforts in making this workshop a success. Certificates were also awarded to all participants in recognition of their active involvement and commitment.

Under their guidance, students were taken through a complete journey from basic to advanced Canva skills, including design fundamentals, research posters, CV building, presentations, eBooks, illustrative and commercial designs, digital print media creation, and transforming Canva skills into earning opportunities.

The workshop reflected true dedication, as students gave their best alongside the trainers, creating an engaging and productive learning environment.

We were also honored by the presence of respected faculty members Ms. Ammara Maryam, Ms. Kaynaat, Ms. Hira, and Ms. Yobeen Sohail, whose participation further encouraged and supported the initiative.
