Dear Members,

As we wrap up our previous term, I want to take a moment to wholeheartedly thank our former President, Amina Rao, for the incredible mark she’s left on QRF.
Under her leadership, QRF didn’t just function, it flourished. The society grew stronger in every way. Events became more impactful, our structure more streamlined, and our vision more focused. From organizing the first ever National Research Conference to capacity building sessions for the cabinet, she provided this forum what it needed. Amina brought with her a sense of consistency and professionalism that truly elevated QRF, setting new standards for what we could achieve together.
It’s been inspiring to witness the society evolve during her term — not just in scope, but in spirit. Her dedication and strength shaped a term we’ll always be proud of.

The Quaidian Research Forum (QRF) is pleased to announce the opening of applications for its Cabinet for the term 2025–26.

We are seeking motivated and research-oriented individuals who are committed to furthering the vision and mission of QRF. Serving as a Cabinet member offers a valuable opportunity to develop leadership, organizational, and collaborative skills that will contribute to both personal and professional growth.

Dear all,

I am pleased to announce *Muhammad Talha Habib* as the incoming President of Quaidian Research Forum for the term 2025-2026. Following the protocols outlined in our bylaws, the meeting was convened with key stakeholders, including the Patron of QRF, Prof. Dr. Mazhar Faiz Alam and myself. During this meeting, a thorough evaluation of applicants documents was made and an interview session was conducted.

Talha has demonstrated unparalleled dedication to QRF during his previous term as a VP, making him the ideal choice for leadership. I leave this platform in his hands and I cannot wait to see what we achieve this term. Thank you and good luck! 🤍

It is with great pleasure that I officially open the calls for the prestigious post of President of Quaidian Research Forum (QRF) for the term 2025-2026.

As a candidate for the position of President, I kindly request you to submit your application to the email [email protected]. The application must include the following required documents:

Curriculum Vitae (CV):
Your CV should be comprehensive; highlighting your academic achievements, professional experiences, and any relevant leadership roles. Additionally, please include a list of all QRF workshops, webinars, and sessions you have either attended or coordinated.

Motivation Letter:
Your letter should highlight why you are the ideal fit for this role, showcasing how your qualities make you a stand-out among other applicants.

Plan of Action:
Outline a clear and detailed plan of action for the 2025-2026 term. This should include your proposed initiatives, strategies for member engagement, plans for workshops or events, and any other relevant information that entails your vision for QRF.

As QRF is an official wing of Department of Medical Education (DME), these applications will be assessed by the Director of DME (Patron QRF) who will give the final verdict regarding the decision.

This inaugural National Research Conference celebrated the power of research and creativity, brought to life through engaging workshops, thought-provoking seminars, and inspiring competitions. It marked a significant milestone in fostering academic excellence and innovation within the Quaid-e-Azam Medical College, Bahawalpur.
