پروفیسر ڈاکٹر ضیاءالرحمٰن، چیئرمین شعبہ قرآنک اسٹڈیز، اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور نے ادارہ دارالمعارف لاہور کی جانب سے پیش کردہ کتب کا سیٹ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران، رئیس الجامعہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور، اور ڈاکٹر عرفان حسین طاہر چیف لائبریرین، کے حوالے کیا۔
ادارہ دارالمعارف لاہور، جو 1908ء سے گورنمنٹ اسلامیہ کالج ریلوے روڈ لاہور سے متصل تاریخی جامع مسجد مبارک کے ساتھ منسلک ہے، ملک کا ایک ممتاز علمی، تحقیقی اور اشاعتی مرکز ہے۔ اس ادارے نے گیارہ جلدوں پر مشتمل عظیم علمی شاہکار "دائرۂ معارفِ سیرت محمد رسول اللہ ﷺ" کی تکمیل کرکے سیرت نگاری کے میدان میں ایک گراں قدر اضافہ کیا ہے۔
دارالمعارف کے زیرِ انتظام پروفیسر عبدالقیوم لائبریری بھی قائم ہے، جو لاہور میں اردو اور عربی زبان کی اہم ترین لائبریریوں میں شمار ہوتی ہے۔ اس لائبریری نے محض اٹھارہ برس کے مختصر عرصے میں پچیس ہزار سے زائد کتب کا ذخیرہ جمع کیا ہے اور اہلِ علم و تحقیق کے لیے روزانہ صبح 9 بجے سے شام 5 بجے تک کھلی رہتی ہے۔
ادارہ دارالمعارف لاہور نے اپنی مطبوعہ 22 علمی و تحقیقی کتب بطورِ ہدیہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور کو پیش کیں۔ اس موقع پر رئیس الجامعہ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران نے ادارہ دارالمعارف لاہور اور اس کے لائبریرین جناب عبدالقیوم کا ان نادر اور بیش قیمت کتب کے تحفے پر دلی شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے اسے جامعہ کے علمی ذخیرے میں ایک اہم اضافہ قرار دیا۔

Prof. Dr. Zia ur Rehman, Chairman Department of Qur'ānic Studies, (Member NCRC Islamic Studies since 2014) representing the Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB), participated in the National Consultative Meeting on the Immediate Review and Transformation of Higher Education Degree Programs and Curricula in the Context of Emerging Industrial Revolution 5.0.

The forum emphasized the urgent integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into higher education curricula to prepare graduates for the future workforce, foster innovation, and strengthen Pakistan's global competitiveness. Participants also highlighted the importance of embedding AI concepts across academic disciplines to address emerging industrial and societal needs.

Prof. Dr. Zia ur Rehman, Chairman of the Department of Quranic Studies, visited the examination hall where the final term exams for MPhil and PhD students are being conducted.
