رسول الله ﷺ نے فرمایا:

اپنے بچوں کو جب وہ سات سال کے ہو جائیں تو نماز کا حکم دو، اور جب دس سال کے ہو جائیں (اور نہ پڑھیں) تو انہیں اس پر مارو. اور ان کے بستر جدا جدا کر دو.

If you find it hard waking up for Tahajjud/Fajr, salah then Sleep with wudhu, recite your adhkar and Surah Mulk then hold a clear intention of waking up in your heart and watch Allah miraculously give you energy for the whole day.
