**Happy Independence Day!**
As we celebrate our country’s freedom, let’s think about the values of freedom and unity in light of the Quran and Hadith. Independence gives us the chance to practice our faith and follow the principles of justice and equality that Islam values.
**Quranic Reflection:**
Allah (SWT) says, *"O you who have believed, be consistently standing firm in justice, even if it is against yourselves or your family..."* (Surah An-Nisa 4:135). This verse highlights the importance of justice and integrity for a fair and free society.
**Hadith Reflection:**
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, *"Allah does not look at your appearance or wealth but at your heart and actions."* (Sahih Muslim). This Hadith teaches us that true freedom comes from living with good intentions and actions.
As we celebrate, let’s remember to work towards a society where justice, kindness, and respect are priorities. May Allah guide us in building a nation that reflects these values.

Quran Verse (Surah Luqman 31:14):
"And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, [increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years. Be grateful to Me and your parents; to Me is the [final] destination."
Hadith (Narrated by Abu Huraira):
"A man came to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and said, 'O Messenger of Allah! Who among the people is the most worthy of my good companionship?' The Prophet said, 'Your mother.' The man said, 'Then who?' The Prophet said, 'Then your mother.' The man further asked, 'Then who?' The Prophet said, 'Then your mother.' The man asked again, 'Then who?' The Prophet said, 'Then your father.'” (Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim.

"The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever reads Surat Al-Kahf on Friday, a light will shine for him between the two Fridays (i.e., the current Friday and the next Friday).'" (Narrated by Al-Hakim and Al-Bukhri )

Surat Al-Kahf is considered a sacred chapter in the Quran, and reading it on Fridays is considered a blessed act. This Hadith highlights the significance of reading this chapter, promising a spiritual light that will guide and protect the reader for the entire week.
