Educated Youth Alliance of Gandachi Awaran

On 5th April 2026, ZELTA successfully conducted its terminal program. People from all walks of life attended this beautiful and well-organized ceremony. The event showcased the talents and abilities of students through various segments, including speeches, songs, tableaux, poetries, drama, conversations and so on.
The audience greatly appreciated the performances of the students. The guests praised and encouraged the young participants for their confidence and talent. They also highly appreciated the hardworking staff of ZELTA for organizing such a marvelous program in a rural area where basic facilities are limited. Despite having fewer resources, the institution successfully conducted the program, which played a significant role in boosting the confidence of the students.
The guests further highlighted that the students of this area are not less capable than anyone else; they only need proper support and encouragement to showcase their hidden talents. Such programs serve as an excellent platform for bringing out these talents and motivating students to build their confidence.
The program was based on two important topics:
• The Importance of Education
• The Role of Women in Society
In the first segment, the speakers emphasized the importance of education. They explained that education is the process of gaining knowledge, skills, values, and good manners. It not only helps individuals understand the world but also prepares them for practical life. Education develops critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and proper behavior in society. It also opens doors to better job opportunities and contributes to personal and national development. An educated society leads to progress in science, technology, and the economy. Therefore, education is the key to success and a bright future.
The second segment focused on the role of women in society. The speakers clearly described the importance of women in all aspects of life. They stated that women play a vital role in the development of society and contribute equally alongside men. Men and women are like two sides of the same coin or two wheels of a cart, both essential for progress.
The importance of women’s education was also highlighted, as women are the first teachers of their children, and children are the future of the nation. However, the speakers pointed out that in many parts of society, women still face limited opportunities in education and mobility, which needs to be addressed.
At the end of the program, the respected Director of ZELTA shared his views and expressed gratitude to all the guests and parents for their valuable time and support. Following his speech, shields, prizes, and trophies were distributed among the best-performing students. Special shields were also presented to the honored guests as a token of appreciation for their presence.
In conclusion, the program was a great success. It not only entertained the audience but also delivered meaningful messages and inspired students to develop confidence and showcase their abilities.

The situation in our education system is concerning. Neither the government can construct good buildings nor effectively repair them. In May 2023, the RC roof of a building was opened and reconstructed using large palm trunks and bamboo. Despite numerous complaints from the people in the area to the authorities, highlighting the potential danger, there was no positive response. Unfortunately, after six months of repairs, the roof collapsed on 3rd December. The villagers expressed gratitude that the collapse didn't happen during school hours, as it could have resulted in the loss of precious children's lives. We strongly urge the District Education Officer and District Commissioner of Awaran to provide emergency shelter.

آج بمورخہ 3 دسمبر بروز اتوار ، گورنمنٹ بوائز پرائمری اسکول گندہ چائی ، کی چھت بِنا کسی بارش کے ، بِنا کسی ہوا کے تقریباً 2:20 پر گرگئ ، جس کی وجہ سے ہیڈ کلسٹر کی طرف سے جتنی بھی سامان میزیں ، کرسیںاں اور چھٹائیاں ملبے کے اندر پھنس گئ ہیں ، دو میزیں جو کہ نئی تھیں بالکل ٹوٹ چکی ہیں ،
چھت کو گرنا تھا ، لیکن اللّٰہ پاک کا لاکھ شکر ہے کہ اتوار کے دن گر گئی ، ورنہ بہت سی جانیں جاسکتی تھیں ۔
اب پڑھانے کیلئے کوئی جگہ نہیں ہے بچوں کی زندگی اللہ تعالیٰ نے بچائی لیکن قیمتی وقت رائیگاں جائے گا ۔

یاد رہے کہ کولواہ گندچائی کے پرائمری سکول کے عمارت 1992 میں تعمیر ہوا تھا اور اکتیس سالوں میں مرمت نہیں ہوا تھا گز شتہ مئی 2023 میں آرمی نے عمارت کے آرسی سی چھت کو کھول کر اس میں کھجور کے بڈے تنے اور بانس کے زریعے چھت کو بنایا گیا چھ مہینے کے درمیان میں چھت گرگیاہے گاؤں والے نے اللّٰہ کا لاکھ لاکھ شکریہ ادا کیا گیا اگر یہ چھت سکول کے تدریس کے دوران نہ گرا تو ہمارے کتنے بچوں کے قیمتی جانیں ضائع ہوجاتے سکول میں کرسی ،ٹیبل ،ڈیسک اور وائیٹ بورڈ بھی تباہ ہوچکے ہیں

"If the government can afford luxury travel for its cabinet officials, then surely it can find the resources to invest in quality education".
Due to Incapability of concern authorities these are the situation of educational institutions in Balochistan ,which are closed for more than 10 ,15 years . It hurts to say that every year the education ratio in Balochistan is deacresing especially in district Awaran which is considered one of the most backward district of Balochistan where the people are deprived of their basic rights.. .
This is Government boys primary school kolwa Gandachai district Awaran , which was established in 1992 . It played a great role for providing education in the area . In 2014 a teacher Namely Shafi Mahd became retired, after him the school remained closed till today no teacher have been appointed at the school .for many times the residents went to district educational officer and deputy commissioner offices for reopening of the school and providing teachers to the school. But concern authorities are failed for solving the issue. However from 2016 the youth of the village are teaching the students voluntarily that students Should not be deprived of education, but The condition of the school is very much miserable ,that at any time it can fell down . Students are unable to sit in it due its worst condition.
So, Cm of Balochistan Meer Abdul Qudoos bezanjoo and district educational officers are requested to take a serious action for the construction of new building for school and appointing teachers at the school as soon as possible.
